Սմբուկով ուտեստի հրաշալի բաղադրատոմս

Պատրաստման եղանակ
- Սմբուկները շրջանաձև կտրատել, համեմել աղով և թողնել այդպես 20րոպե, որից հետո լվանալ սառը ջրով, որպեսզի ազատվենք ավելորդ դառնությունից: Սմբուկները տապակել բուսայուղով պատված թավայի մեջ:
- Կարտոֆիլները լվանալ, կեղևահանել, ապա խաշել՝ թողնելով մի փոքր հում: Խաշված կարտոֆիլը թողնել թեթևակի հովանա, ապա կտրատել շրջաններով մոտ 0,5սմ հաստությամբ:
- Շրջանաձև կտրատել նաև լոլիկները 0,5սմ հաստությամբ շերտերով:
- Պանիրը անցկացնել մանր քերիչով:
Թթվասերի (կամ մայոնեզի) վրա ճզմել սխտորը:
Ջեռոցի տապակը պատել բուսայուղով, ապա տեղադրել կարտոֆիլի շերտերը, վրան ցանել աղ և պղպեղ, ապա քսել թթվասերի կեսը:
- Կարտոֆիլի վրա շարել սմբուկի շերտերը, համեմել աղով և վրան քսել թթվասերի մնացած մասը:
- Այնուհետև տեղադրել լոլիկի շերտերը, համեմել քիչ աղով և շաղ տալ քերած պանիրը:
- Տապակը ծածկել ֆոլգայով և տեղափոխել ջեռոց: Եփել 30-45րոպե 180 աստիճանում, այնուհետև հանել ֆոլգան և եփել այդպես 5-10 րոպե մինչև պանրի հալչելը և թեթևակի կարմրելը:
- Ուտեստի վրա շաղ տալ մանրացված կանաչի և մատուցել:
