Արարատ Միրզոյանն առանձին հարաբերություննե՞ր է հաստատում Կրեմլի հետ
POLITICSՎերջին շրջանում էլ ավելի է սրվել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների թեման։ Մեր երկրների հարաբերությունները որքան էլ բարեկամական են, դաշնակցային, միևնույն է՝ առաջնորդների մակարդակով բավական սառն են, ինչի մասին խոսում են արդեն ոչ միայն միջազգայնագետները, քաղաքագետները, այլ անգամ սովորական մարդիկ։
Ի դեպ, շատերի համոզմամբ, նման վիճակ երբևէ չէր եղել։ ՀՀ նախկին ոչ մի ղեկավար ՌԴ ղեկավարության հետ այս աստիճան սառը և լարված հարաբերություն չի ունեցել։ Լարվածության առիթները շատ էին ի սկզբանե, վերջերս էլ ավելացան մի քանի դրվագներ ևս, մասնավորապես ռազմաբազան հանելու թեման, Նավալնիի հայտնվելը Հ1-ի եթերում, հակառուսական տրամադրությունների ավելի ու ավելի խորացումը որոշակի շրջանակների կողմից և այլն։
Ըստ մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների, այս հանգամանքով անհանգստացած են նաև իշխանական շրջանակներում։ Ըստ այդ նույն տեղեկությունների, ռուսների հետ փորձում է ինքնուրույն «պայմանավորվել» ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը։
Նա, ինչպես հայտնի է, նախկինում աշխատել է պրոկրեմլ յան «Ռեգնում» ինֆորմացիոն գործակալությունում և պահպանել է իր կապերը մինչ օրս։
Եվ օգտագործելով իր նախկին կապերը այդ շրջանակների հետ՝ փորձում է հարաբերություններ հաստատել ռուսների հետ՝ Փաշինյանից առանձին։ Վստահելիություն ձեռք բերելու համար նա, մասնավորապես տեղեկացված լինելով առկա հակառուսական և արևմտյան քամիներից եկած պլանների մասին, փորձում է հնարավորինս հարթեցնել դրանց հետ կապված խնդիրները ռուսական կողմի հետ։
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Արարատ Միրզոյանը այդ ամենով փորձ է անում իր կողմը հավաքել նաև իշխանական այն ներկայացուցիչներին, որոնք վտանգներ են տեսնում իրենց թիմի կողմից հետևողական հակառուսական քայլերի մեջ կամ առնվազն չեն ոգևորվում, օրինակ՝ «Նավալնի ցույց տալով»։
