Գդալ աղ , 4ճ. Գդալ շաքարավազ , 4ճ. Գդալ 9% — անոց քացախ : Պատրաստման եղանակը — Կաղամբը բարակ կտրատել, պղպեղը կիսել և նույնպես բարակ կտրատել, գազարը քերիչով անցկացնել, սոխը կտրատել օղակների տեսքով:
Այս ամենը տեղափոխել տարրայի մեջ: Բանկաները նախապես ստերելիզացել։ Բանկայի մեջ դնել դափնու տերև, 3 հատ պղպեղ, 5-6 հատ հատիկով պղպեղ, դնել ծովաբողկի տերևները և սամիթը: Լոլիկի մեջտեղի մասում անցք անել և նույնպես դնել բանկայի մեջ: Տարայի մեջ լավ խառնել բանջարեղենները և շերտով դասավորել բանկայի մեջ, հետո մի շերտ լոլիկ և կրկին բանջարեղենները: Այս ամենի վրա դնել սոխի օղակները և մինչև եզրը դասավորել լոլիկներ: Վերևում լոլիկները փակել կաղամբով կամ սոխով:
Արդեն լիքը բանկաների մեջ լցնել եռացրած ջուր, վրան դնել կափարիչները և այդպես թողնել 10 րոպե: Երբ 10 րոպեն լրանա, բանկաների միջի ջուրը դատարկել, կրկին եռացրած ջուր լցնել և թողնել 10 րոպե, հետո կրկին ջուրը դատարկել: Այն ջուրը, որը դատարկել եք , լցնել թավայի մեջ ՝ ավելացնելով աղ և շաքարավազ: Լավ խառնել և եռացնել 3-4 րոպե, ավելացնել քացախ, խառնել և եռացնել 1 րոպե:
