Կրթական ծրագրով նախատեսվում է կրճատել հայոց լեզվի և գրականության ուսուցումը. մանրամասներ ներկայացված նախագծից

Հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչի նախագծի հետ կապված բուռն քննարկումները չեն դադարում: Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում այդ նախագծին դեմ է արտահայտվել 147 հոգի, կողմ՝ 82 հոգի: Նկատենք, որ նախագիծը բավական ծավալուն է, ամեն դեպքում այն դեռ հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացված:

Մասնավորապես, նախարարությունն առաջարկում է վերաձևակերպել առարկաները: Ըստ այդմ, առաջարկվում է սահմանել հետևյալ 7 բնագավառները՝

  • Հայոց լեզու և գրականություն
  • Հայրենագիտություն
  • Օտար լեզուներ
  • Բնագիտություն, տեղեկատվական հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաներ, ճարտարագիտություն, մաթեմատիկա (ԲՏՃՄ)
  • Հասարակություն, հասարակական գիտություններ
  • Արվեստ և արհեստ
  • Ֆիզիկական կրթություն և անվտանգ կենսագործունեություն:

Միևնույն ժամանակ առաջարկվում է տարրական, միջին և ավագ դպրոցներում իջեցնել ծրագրերի նորմատիվային նվազագույնը (դասաժամ)՝ արդյունքում պակասեցնելով դասարանների շաբաթական ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։ Սա հնարավորություն կտա փոքրացնել մեկ օրվա ընթացքում ուսուցանվող նյութի ծավալն այնպես, որ աշակերտները կարողանան նյութը յուրացնել տարիքով և անհատական առանձնահատկություններով պայմանավորված ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ և արագությամբ:

Առաջարկվում է ուսումնական պլանում ներառել երեք բաղադրիչ՝ պետական բաղադրիչ, դպրոցական բաղադրիչ և անհատական բաղադրիչ: Ի տարբերություն գործող չափորոշչի՝ անհատական բաղադրիչը ավելացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը բխում է աշակերտների հետաքրքրությունների և կարիքներին արձագանքելու անհրաժեշտությունից: Անհատական բաղադրիչը աշակերտին հնարավորություն է տալիս ընտրել դպրոցի կողմից առաջարկվող այն նախագծերը կամ խմբակները, որոնց ցանկանում է մասնակցել։

Նախագծում առաջարկվում է սովորողների միավորային գնահատումն իրականացնել սկսած 5-րդ դասարանի երկրորդ կիսամյակից՝ էապես կարևորելով ուսուցանող (ձևավորող) գնահատումը: Տարրական դպրոցում ամփոփիչ գնահատումը կիրականացվի սովորողի ուսումնական ձեռքբերումների բնութագրման միջոցով:

Նախագիծը բավական ծավալուն է, սակայն այս օրերին շատ մասնագետներ են ուսումնասիրել այն և իրենց տեսակետը ներկայացրել: Հատկապես լայն քննարկման առարկա է հանդիսացել այն հանգամանքը, որ կրթական ծրագրովնախատեսվում է վերացնել «Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու պատմություն» առարկան, և այն ինտեգրել այլ հասարակագիտական առարկաներին: Կրթական ծրագրով նախատեսվում է կրճատել հայոց լեզվի և գրականության ուսուցումը դպրոցում, փոխարենը ավելացնել օտար լեզուների դասաժամերը։  Նախկին ծրագրում Նախնական զինվորական պատրաստությունը առանձին առարկա էր։ Այն ևս տարալուծվել է այս չափորոշիչում, «Ֆիզիկական կրթություն և անվտանգ կենսագործունեություն» առարկայի մեջ։

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնեցինք, այն դրված է հանրային քննարկման եւ առաջարկներ բաժնում ներկայացված մեկնաբանությունները հիմնականում վերաբերում են Հայոց եկեղեցու պատմությանը եւ շատերն են նկատում, որ այդ առարկայի ուսուցումը պարտադիր է:
