Քաղաքացիները էլ. հարթակում կարող են հաշվել, թե որքան կդառնա իրենց գույքահարկը
ECONOMICSԿադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն իր Էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունների մատուցման հարթակում անշարժ գույքի հարկը հաշվելու հնարավորություն է ստեղծել: Այդ հաշվիչի միջոցով քաղաքացին, հավաքելով վկայականի համարը կամ կադաստրային ծածկագիրը, կիմանա, թե 2021 թվականից որքան է դառնալու իր գույքի հարկը:
ՀՀ ազգային ժողովը հունիսի 25-ին ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված օրենքի նախագիծը, որով ըստ էության աստիճանաբար առաջարկվում է գույքային հարկի բեռի բարձրացում: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է կադաստրային արժեքների հիման վրա անշարժ գույքի գծով հարկային պարտավորությունների հաշվարկման համակարգից անցում կատարել շուկայական արժեքներին մոտարկված արժեքների հիման վրա անշարժ գույքի հարկի հաշվարկման համակարգին: Առաջարկվում է սահմանել գույքի հարկով հարկման բազայի նոր սանդղակներ, իսկ որոշ գույքային միավորների համար՝ նաև նոր դրույքաչափեր, վերացնել բնակարանների և բնակելի տների մասով սահմանված չհարկվող շեմերը՝ բնակարանների մասով մինչև 10 մլն դրամ, բնակելի տների մասով մինչև 7 մլն դրամ գնահատված արժեք ունեցող գույքային միավորների համար սահմանելով 0.05 տոկոս հարկման դրույքաչափ: Ավելի բարձր գույքահարկերին անցնելու համար սահմանվել է 6 տարի: Այսպիսով՝ անշարժ գույքի սեփականատերերը առաջին տարում՝ 2021 թվականին կվճարեն գույքահարկի 25 տոկոսը, 2022 թվականին՝ 30 տոկոսը, 2023 թվականին՝ 35 տոկոսը, 2024 թվականին՝ տոկոսը, 2025 թվականին՝ 75 տոկոսը, 2026 թվականին՝ 100 տոկոսը:
