Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոյմեբերի 24-ին թուրքական F-16 կործանիչը խոցեց ռուսական Սու-24 ինքնաթիռը, ինչը բնականաբար բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցավ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների վրա:

Առաջին լուրջ պատասխան քայլը Ռուսաստանի կողմից երկրի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրամանագիրն էր Ռուսաստանի և նրա քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ապահովման և Թուրքիայի դեմ «հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցառումների» կիրառման մասին:

Բացի նրանից, որ հրամանագիրը սահմանափակումներ է մտցնում մի քանի ոլորտներում, դրանով արգելվում է նաև մի շարք ապրանքների ներմուծումը Թուրքիայից:

ՌԴ կառավարությունն արդեն հրապարակել է այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնք արգելվելու են Ռուսաստան ներմուծել 2016-ի հունվարի 1-ից: Դրանք են հավի և հնդակահավի միսը և դրանից պատրաստված ապրանքները, մեխակները, պոմիդորը և տոմատները սոխը, կաղամբը, բրոկոլին, վարունգը, նարինջը և մանդարինը, խաղողը, խնձորը, տանձը, ծիրանը, դեղձը, սալորը, մորին, ելակը, ինչպես նաև աղը իր բոլոր տեսակներով:

Բոլորս էլ գիտակցում ենք, որ սա լավ հնարավորություն է մեր արտադրողների համար, թուրքական ներկայությունից ազատված շուկայի մի մասը
զբաղեցնելու համար:

Անշուշտ սա առաջին հերթին վերաբերվում է գյուղմթերքներին: 
Հայկական շինարարական կազմակերպությունները ևս հնարավորություն են ստանում Ռուսաստանում գործելու, եկամտային հարկի արտոնություն ունենալով:

ՀՀ կառավարությունը ևս իր կողմից քայլեր է ձեռնարկում ստեղծված հնարավարություններն օգտագործելու համար: Օրերս հայ արտահանողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ կառավարությունում ներկայացվել են թուրքական ապրանքների նկատմամբ արգելանքի պարագայում հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման ծավալն ավելացնելու հնարավորությունները: Վարչապետը կառավարության պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել աջակցելու արտահանման ավելացմանը: Առաջիկայում կառավարությունում գործարարների հետ նոր հանդիպումներ են սպասվում այս հարցի շուրջ քննարկումների և գործնական քայլերի ձեռնարկման նպատակով:

Պտուղ-բանջարեղեն արտահանող շուրջ 20 ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների և անհատ ձեռներեցների հետ հանդիպել է նաև գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը: Նա նույնպես հորդորել է օգտագործել դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանման ավելացնելու նոր հնարավորությունները:
