Մարդիկ կան, որոնց կպցված անունները հիշվում են ընդմիշտ, կարելի է ասել՝ ամբողջ կյանքի ընթացքում։ Օրինակ՝ հիմա շատերը չեն հիշում, թե ով ՕԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանին ԱԽՔ անվանեց, բայց համարում են, որ այդ անունը նրան «կպնում» է։ Հիմա նույնը՝ հեչ էական չէ, ով Արսեն Թորոսյանին ВОЗ-ի տղա անվանեց, որովհետև այդ անունը նրան մի ուրիշ կարգի է սազում։
Կարելի է ասել Արսեն Թորոսյանը ВОЗ-ի տղա է ամբողջ էությամբ՝ իր նկարագրով, արժեհամակարգով ու չկայացած այս նախարարի ամբողջ ողբերգությունն այն է, որ նրան ВОЗ-ի տղա ասող հասարակությունն այդ արտահայտությունը հնչեցնելիս ամենևին էլ ԱՀԿ-ին(ВОЗ) չէ, որ հիշում է, այլ արտահայտում է իր վերաբերմունքը Արսենի անձի, նրա բարոյական նկարագրի վերաբերյալ։ Արսենը գուցե հպարտ է, որ ВОЗ-ի տղա է՝ ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես բազմաթիվ տղաների համար մի օր սովորական է դառնում անարժանապատիվ կյանքը, հայհոյանքը կոմպլիմենտ համարելու «նուրբ մշակույթը»։ Եթե Նիկոլի թիմի մյուս անդամները համեմատվում են Չալոյի հետ, որը հավատարմորեն կատարում է տիրոջ ցուցումները, ապա Արսեն Թորոսյանը ВОЗ-ի տղա է ու վերջ։
Երբ կորոնայով մահացած տատիկի դիակ է անհետանում, իսկ դրանից հետո առողջապահության նախարարը հոխորտում է իբրև թե «մահացած» ընդդիմության ռեինկառնացիայի թեմայով, զարմանում ես այն բանի վրա, որ հայտնաբերել ես ցինիզմի նոր գագաթ։ Այ ВОЗ-ի տղա, ախր էդ խեղճ տատիկի ոչ միայն դիակն էիք կորցրել, այլ նաև նրան բառի իսկական իմաստով թալանել էիք, երբ նա հիվանդանոցում կենաց պայքար էր մղում մահվան դեմ։
Արսեն Թորոսյանը պետք է անհապաղ հրաժարական տա, հակառակ պարագայում ВОЗ-ի տղու պիտակը կպնելու է ոչ միայն նրան, այլ՝ նրան սնող, գուրգուրող, փայփայող ամբողջ թիմին՝ վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ։ Ու գալու է օրը, երբ հասարակությունը ВОЗ-ի տղու տեսակից ազատվելու խնդիր է դնելու․ լավ կլինի, որ էս մասին շատ խորը մտածեն այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կրծքով պաշտպանում են Արսենին՝ նրա հետ դառնալով ВОЗ-ի տղու «փայատեր»։
ВОЗ-ի տղերք, գիտեմ՝ ինչի եք կատաղել, ձեզ կորցրել, պատեպատ տվել․ ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» և «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունների նախաձեռնությամբ կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխելու ու հետևանքները վերացնելու կառավարության քայլերի արդյունավետությունն ուսումնասիրող Քննիչ հանձնաժողով է ստեղծել։ Քաղաքական և իրավական պատասխանատվությունից որևէ մեկը խուսափել չի կարող․ ահա, թե ինչու երեկ երեկոյան ջղաձգումների մեջ ընկավ ВОЗ-ի տղեն։ Նա արդեն հասկանում է, որ միայն քֆուրով չի պրծնելու․․․
