Վաղվանից արգելվելու է ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթը․ «Ժողովուրդ»
SOCIETY«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Հուլիսի 1-ից Հայաստանն անցնելու է պարտադիր սպանդանոցային համակարգի: Ասել է թե՝ վաղվանից մեր հանրապետությունում արգելվելու է ոչ սպանդանոցային մորթը: Այն, ի դեպ, պետք է արգելվեր հունվարի 15-ից, սակայն մսավաճառների բողոքի ակցիաների պատճառով կառավարությունն արգելքը հետաձգեց մինչեւ հուլիսի 1-ը: Նշենք, որ մսամթերքի իրացման կետերում բոլոր տնտեսվարողները պետք է ունենան անասնաբուժական 5-րդ ձեւը, որ նշանակում է՝ անասունը մորթվել է սպանդանոցում, ստուգված, անվտանգ միս է: Իսկ եթե մսավաճառը չունենա անասնաբուժական 5-րդ ձեւը, կտուգանվի 300 հազար դրամի չափով: Սպանդանոցային պարտադիր մորթի նկատմամբ խիստ վերահսկողությունը կսահմանվի վաղվանից, բայց արդյոք սպանդանոցների քանակը բավարա՞ր է, կամ բոլո՞ր անասնապահներին են հասանելի այդ սպանդանոցները: Պարզվում է՝ սպանդանոցային ճգնաժամ Շիրակի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզերում է սպասվում: Այս խնդիրը մտահագում է նաեւ ՍԱՏՄ-ին: ՍԱՏՄ անասնաբուժական վարչության պետի ԺՊ Լիլիթ Սարգսյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին փոխանցեց, որ Շիրակի մարզում գործող 2 սպանդանոց կա, իսկ Վայոց ձորում 1-ն է: Արմավիրի մարզում ծառայություն մատուցում է 14 սպանդանոց: Սպանդանոցի խնդիր չունի նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Սյունիքի մարզերը: Նշենք, որ ամիսներ առաջ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը հայտարարում էր, որ հուլիսի 1-ին Հայաստանում պատրաստ կլինի մոտ 80 սպանդանոց։ Սակայն երեկ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ այս պահի դրությամբ մեր հանրապետությունում կա 45 գործող սպանդանոց: Կառուցման փուլում գտնվում են 91 սպանդանոցներ: Պարզվում է, որ արտակարգ դրության պատճառով 17 տնտեսվարողներ շինարարական ոչ մի աշխատանք չեն իրականացրել»։
