Օրերս տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ «Հանուն Հանրապետության» հասարակական նախաձեռնության ղեկավար, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արման Բաբաջանյանի և Արցախի Հանրապետության մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել է Արցախի հիմնահարցի լուծման Տեր-Պետրոսյանական կարգավորման ճանապարհային քարտեզը, հայտնի՝ «Պատերազմ, թե՞ խաղաղություն» հոդվածի շրջանակներում առաջ քաշվող թեզերի իրագործման հնարավորության հարցը:

Ա. Բաբաջանյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջում թեև հերքել է այդ տեղեկությունը, սակայն, համացանցում հայտնված սքրին-շոթերն այնուամենայնիվ մտահոգություններ են առաջացրել արցախյան քաղաքական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների մոտ:

Սքրին-շոթերի ի հայտ գալուց հետո, սակայն, Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը նշել է, որ մասնավոր զրույցի շրջանակներում նման հարցի հպանցիկ անդրադարձ, այնուամենայնիվ, եղել է, որին Ա. Հարությունյանը կտրուկ և միանշանակ պատասխանել է:

Հարցը, սակայն, մտահոգություն է առաջացրել նաև ԱՀ «Արդարություն» կուսակցության և ԱԺ խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչների մոտ, քանի որ, ըստ նրանց, և՛ «Լավրովի  պլանը», և՛ ՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների գործելաոճը, և՛ Վիեննայում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունները, որի մասին մտահոգություն էր հնչեցնում Վիտալի Բալասանյանը արցախյան հարցի փուլային և փաթեթային տարբերակների վերաբերյալ, այնուամենայնիվ, անուղղակիորեն գալիս են փաստելու, որ այս ամենը հերթական նախազգուշական քայլեր են, հասարակությանը տեղեկացնելու համար, որ իրականում ինչ-ինչ գործընթացներ իրականացվում են:

«Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այս ամենը թույլ է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ, փաստորեն, փորձ է արվում վերադառնալ ի շրջանս յուր, ինչը չի կարող ընդունելի լինել շատերի համար:

«Ժամանակին Վազգեն Սարգսյանը և մյուս հերոսները վտանգ էին տեսնում արցախյան հարցի կարգավորման այդ տարբերակի մեջ: Եվ հիմա, ստացվում է, որ երբ այդ գործիչները չկան, փորձ է արվում կրկին վերադառնալ այդ տարբերակին: Բայց մենք, որպես Արցախի խորհրդարանական երրորդ քաղաքական ուժ, խիստ քննադատում ենք այս մոտեցումը, մտահոգված ենք և խնդրում ենք, որպեսզի վերջ ի վերջո ժողովրդից ոչինչ չթաքցվի, հստակ տեղեկացվի, թե ինչ է իրականում կատարվում:

Մենք ուզում ենք հասկանալ, թե իրականում ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ այն զոհերը, որոնք մեր հայրերը, ընկերները և որդիներն են եղել, իրենց արյամբ են ազատագրել Արցախը: Հետևաբար իրենց պատգամը, ժառանգությունը պիտի ամեն գնով պահպանվի: Ինչ էլ որ լինի, ուշ, թե՝ շուտ, բոլորս էլ տեղեկանալու ենք, բայց այս ամենը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ ինչ-ինչ գաղտնի բանակցություններ են ընթանում, որը փորձ է արվում շղարշել: Իսկ, եթե, իրականում, կան ուժեր, որոնք դրսից ճնշումներ են գործադրում, ապա ավելի լավ կլինի այդ մասին տեղեկացնել հասարակությանը, որպեսզի ժողովուրդը կարողանա սատարել մեր իշխանություններին և հնարավորություն ունենա հերթական անգամ դիմակայել նման արհավիրքին: Հայության համար թե՛ նախկինում, թե՛ ապագայում օրախնդիր հարցը 42 հզ քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքով հայրենիքի անառիկ պահպանելն է, ոչ թե կիսատ-պռատ գործեր հարուցելն ու մարդկանց բռնել- բաց թողնելը»,- ասաց Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը:
