POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Երեկ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ջիանի Բուքիքիոյի կողմից Սահմանադրական դատարանի այլեւս նախկին նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանին ուղարկված նամակը սառը ցնցուղ է եղել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների համար: «Ես ուշադիր հետեւում էի Հայաստանում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին վերաբերող զարգացումներին։ Ես ցավում եմ, որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հստակ հանձնարարականներին։ Ես կարող եմ միայն կոչ անել հարգել Սահմանադրությունը», – ասված է նամակում: Բանն այն է, որ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 22-ին հրապարակել էր իր եզրակացությունը՝ Հայաստանում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացի վերաբերյալ, քանի որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը դեռ մայիսի 13-ին 3 հարց էր հղել նրանց:
Եվ, ահա, այդ եզրակացությունը թեեւ փորձ էր արվել ներկայացնել դրական լույսի ներքո, սակայն իրականում անթաքույց քննադատություն էր պարունակում: Իսկ երեկվա նամակը եղել է թերեւս վերջին կաթիլը, եւ իշխանության որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ, հատկապես՝ իմքայլական պատգամավորները, դա կրկին համարել են նախարար Բադասյանի բացթողումը, քանի որ հենց վերջինս է սերտ աշխատել Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ` ըստ էության չկարողանալով «համոզել» նրանց: Հավելենք, որ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահին ուղարկված իր նամակում Հրայր Թովմասյանը ներկայացրել էր իրավիճակը եւ հայտարարել, թե առաջնորդվում են բացառապես Սահմանադրությամբ, եւ, ահա, Բուքիքիոյի պատասխանը եւս նմանատիպ է եղել»:
