ՀԱՅ-ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ
1861– ծնվել է հայ նշանավոր գրող, քաղաքական գործիչ, Մեծ եղեռնի զոհ դարձած Գրիգոր Զոհրապը։
1889-ծնվել է Հարավային Կովկասում և Հյուսիսային Կովկասում հեղափոխական շարժումների մասնակից Աղասի Շահինյանը:
1902-վախճանվել է հայ ճանաչված երգահան Արտեմի Այվազյանը։
1974-Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանի արձանի բացումը:
1998-վախճանվել է հայ դասական գրող Սերո Խանզադյանը: 1999-վախճանվել է քիմիկոս Լևոն Հակոբյանը
2000– բացվել է «Գարեգին Ա» Աստվածաբանական-հայագիտական կենտրոնը։
2005- սոցիալական քարտեր ստանալուց հրաժարված մի խումբ հավատացյալներ Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Խաչիկ Ստամբոլցյանի գլխավորությամբ բողոքի նստացույց են կազմակերպել կառավարության շենքի մոտ:
2007- խորհրդարանը ձայների ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ հաստատել է նոր կառավարության 2007-2012 թվականների գործունեության հնգամյա ծրագիրը:
2010-Հայաստանի գրողների միության Ծաղկաձորի ստեղծագործական տանը բացվել է գրողների համահայկական 5-րդ համաժողովը, որին մասնակցել է 300-ից ավելի պատվիրակ:
2014-վերաքննիչ դատարանը կասեցրել է Մարզահամերգային համալիրի աճուրդը՝ ընդունելով, որ այն ապօրինի կերպով է հանվել վաճառքի:
2017- ընդդիմադիր «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության համագումարում ընդունված հռչակագրում նշվել է, որ առաջիկա հինգ տարիներին համապետական ընտրությունների բացակայությունը ստիպում է պատրաստվել արտահերթ թավշյա իշխանափոխության:

1541-վախճանվել է իսպանացի կոնկիսկադոր Ֆրանցիսկո Պիսարրոն:
1810-վախճանվել է օդապարիկի հայտնագործող Ժոզեֆ-Միշել Մոնգելֆիեն:
1831-Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում սկսվել է խոլերայի խոշորագույն էպիդեմիա, որը խլել է 4,7 հազար մարդու կյանք:
1866-ծնվել է անգլիացի եգիպտոլոգ, Թութանհամոնի դամբարանը հայտնագործած արշավախմբի ղեկավար Ջորջ Հերբերտ Կարնարվոնը:
1896-ԱՄՆ-ի Լուիզիանա նահանգի Նոր Օռլեան քաղաքում բացվել է աշխարհում առաջին անգամ ստեղծված մշտական գործող կինոթատրոնը:
1925– կայացել է Չարլի Չապլինի «Ոսկու տենդ» ֆիլմի պրեմիերան։ 1941-ԽՄԿԿ Քաղխորհուրդը գաղտնի որոշում է կայացրել Լենինի մարմինը տեղափոխել Տյումեն:
1945– Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյում 50 պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ստորագրվել է Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության կանոնադրությունը։
1960-Մադագասկարը հայտարարել է իր անկախությունը:
1963-ծնվել է ռուս գործարար, հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչ Միխայիլ Խոդորկովսկին:
1976-մարտարվեստների գծով աշխարհի բացարձակ չեմպիոնի տիտղոսի համար մրցամարտը Մուհամեդ Ալիի և ճապոնացի Ինոկիի միջև ավարտվել է ոչ-ոքի:
1997-հիմնադրվել է Կասպերսկու հակավիրուսային լաբորատորիան:
1694-ծնվել է շվեդ քիմիկոս և միներալոլոգ Գեորգ Բրանդը՝ կոբալտի հայտնաբերողը:
