Անվտանգության հարցը Եվրոպայում դարձել է շատ ավելի բարդ եւ անվտանգության ապահովումն օրակարգային է ԵԱՀԿ-ի համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Բելգրադում Նախարարական խորհրդի աշխատանքների շրջանակում լրագրողների հետ կարճատեւ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նման հայտարարություն արեց ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Լամբերտո Զանիերը: «Եվրպայում տեսնում ենք խորը տարաբաժանումներ, մենք պետք է լուծենք այդ տարաբաժանումների խնդիրը: Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ տարատեսակ կառույցներ են աշխատում, սակայն շատ կարեւոր է, որպեսզի հարցի կարգավորումը մեկ սեղանի շուրջ հավաքի բոլորին: Եվ այդ առումով շատ կարեւոր են ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդի հանդիպումները: Մենք գործ ունենք ճգնաժամերի, սառած հակամարտությունների հետ, եւ ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք չպետք է սառեցնենք երկխոսությունը, մենք պետք է շարունակենք երկխոսությունը»,- ասել է Զանիերը:

Թե ինչ փաստաթուղթ է հրապարակվելու եւ ինչ բովանդակություն է այն ունենալու, Զանիերն ասաց, որ ներկա դրությամբ նախարարական խորհուրդը շարունակում է աշխատանքները եւ դեռեւս չկա որևէ հաստատված փաստաթուղթ: «Սակայն ես նախարարական խորհրդի աշխատանքի հաջողությունը ընդունված փաստաթղթերի քանակով չէի որոշի: Քանի որ բացի դրանից բավական շատ բարձր մակարդակով ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպումներ ու քաղաքական քննարկումներ են եղել, ինչն ավելի կարեւոր է»,- եզրափակել է ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Բելգրադում դեկտեմբերի 3-4-ը անցկացվել է ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդի 22-րդ նիստը:
