POLITICS«Իշխանությունները մի կողմից՝ երկրում արտակարգ դրություն են հայտարարում, որը փաստացի գոյություն չունի ոչ մի գործոնով, բացառությամբ մեկ հանգամանքի՝ ազատ հավաքների արգելքը: Այդ ընթացքում իրենք վավերացնում են Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան, քաղաքական հետապնդում են սկսում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի առաջնորդների նկատմամբ, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանական, և դրա շրջանակում նաև սկսում են Սահմանադրական հեղաշրջման գործընթաց, որի նպատակն ամենևին էլ Հրայր Թովմասյանին և երեք այդ դատավորներին պաշտոնանկ անելը չէ, այլ ՍԴ-ն ամբողջությամբ իրենցով անելը և դատական իշխանությունը նույնպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքին ենթարկելը»,- այս մասին 168TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդման ընթացքում ասել է «Ոսկանապատ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ եթե իշխանությունները հաջողեն իրենց ծրագիրն ամբողջությամբ իրականացնել, կնշանակի, որ Հայաստանում այլևս գոյություն չունի քաղաքական և իրավական պայքար. «ԱԺ-ով իրենց մեծամասնությամբ ինչ ուզեն՝ կանեն: Նման իրավիճակում ինձ՝ որպես քաղաքացու, այլ բան չի մնում. կլինի արտակարգ դրությո՞ւն, թքած. դուրս եմ գալու փողոց և պայքարելու եմ, թող բերման ենթարկեն մեկին, երկուսին, երեքին, բայց վստահեցնում եմ, որ 1000 հոգու չեն կարող բերման ենթարկել, 10 հազարին՝ առավել ևս»:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ ժողովրդական աջակցությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիմա փոխարինում է այլ աջակցությամբ՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին ենթարկելով իր կամքին. «Մենք տեսանք, որ շատ կարճ ժամանակում նորից արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, ոստիկանապետ է փոխում, նշանակում է իրեն հլու-հնազանդ մարդկանց, ովքեր շատ հեռու են այն արժեքներից և գործիքակազմից, որոնց կիրառողը պետք է լինեն: Նրանք էլ սկսել են կեղտոտ գործունեություն՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու, որ կա օրենք, բարոյականություն: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, երևի, որոշել է, որ ոստիկանապետությունը կամ ԱԱԾ-ի միջոցով ճնշված քաղաքացիները կարելի է փոխարինել ժողովրդական աջակցությամբ, և տեսնելով, որ կորցնում է մի տեղ, իր համար այլ հենասյուն է ստեղծում»:
Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը նկատեց՝ ի՞նչն էր խանգարում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի դեմ գործողությունները, որոնք մարդկանց ցույցերի են մղում, թողնել թվերի կայունացման շրջանում. «Ինչո՚՞ւ ստիպեցին հազարավոր մարդկանց դուրս գալ և անցկացնել կամ ԱԱԾ շենքի դիմաց, կամ դատարանի շենքի դիմաց, հետո էլ ասելու են, որ անկարգապահ քաղաքացիներ են, և վիրուսը տարածվում է: Եթե չկա դրան տրամաբանական բացատրություն, ապա ես ասում եմ՝ այս իշխանությունը մի կողմից՝ գերի է վերցրել հանրությանը, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ նրանց դրդում է քայլերի, որոնք այդ հանրության համար մահացու վտանգ են պարունակում: Այն մահերի քանակը, որն այսօր ունենք, ընկնելու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա անտաղանդ կառավարության խղճի վրա, և նրանք պետք է պատասխանատվության կանչվեն իրենց այդ սադրիչ գործողությունների արդյունքում վարակի այսչափ տարածման համար»:
