Մինչև այժմ չնայած հեռուստատեսությամբ շարադրել եմ իմ նախնական մոտեցումները՝ Այո-ի, թե Ոչ-ի կողմնակից լինելու վերաբերյալ, այժմ կփորձեմ ամբողջացնել իմ քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշումը և իմ ընկերների հետ լինել բացարձակ անկեղծ...

Ցավոք, ոչ ադեկվատ, թեթևսոլիկ, անպատասխանատու, երբեմն ծիծաղելի ըևդդիմադիր գործիչների պարագայում իշխանափոխություն ակնկալելը, մեղմ ասած, ուտոպիայի ժանրից է, երբեմն նաև՝ վտանգավոր, սակայն ես ու իմ նմանները թերևս խոսելու տեղ չունենք, որովհետև ինքներս վճռականություն չունենք զբաղեցնելու այդ տեղը: Եթե չենք զբաղեցրել հարթակն ու պայքարի պատասխանատվությունը՝ պետք է հարմարվենք ստեղծված իրավիճակին: Դա, իհարկե, ունի իր օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ բացատրությունները՝ գառլախված քաղաքական դաշտ, զզվելի ներքին փոխհարաբերություններ, ֆեյսբուքում յուրաքանչյուր այլակարծություն խեղդելու անվերջ պրակտիկա, սակայն դա է քաղաքական գործչի ճանապարհը, ու մի օր թերևս պետք է ընտրություն կատարենք սրան-նրան պիտակավորելու և ինքներս այդ բեռը մեր ուսերին կրելու միջև...

Նույնքան վտանգավոր է ունենալ այսպիսի տգետ, գողական ռազբորկաների և թայֆայական ներքին հարաբերությունների մակարդակի, ագահ և ինքն իր իշխանությունից հոգնած իշխանություններ: Նորմալ այլընտրանքի բացակայությունը չի նշանակում, որ իշխանությունները պետք է թուլանան և հաճույք ստանան... Ուստի շարունակել այս լճացումը՝ վտանգավոր է...

Այո-ի ընտրությունը միգուցե կայունության, բայց լճացման ընտրություն է: Այո, հակաիշխանական քաղաքական ուժերի խճանկարը տխուր է ու զազրելի, բայց ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք: Այս տասնամյակների ՛՛կայությունը՛՛ բերել է պետականության հիմնադրույթների ու հիմնաքարերի ախտահարման և այլասերման...
Այսպես ապրել այլևս չի կարելի...

Ոչ-ի հաղթանակը, մեծ հաշվով, իշխանությունների պարտությունն է: Միգուցե սահմանադրության այս նախագիծը հրաշալի դրույթներ է պարունակում, սակայն մարդկանց զզվանքը այնքան է կուտակվել այս իշխանությունների նկատմամբ, որ մարդիկ պատրաստ են ուղղակի դեմ արտահայտվել նրանց ներկայացրած ցանկացած իդեալական օրինագծի: Պատճառը՝ քաղաքական համակարգի լճացումն է, մարդիկ հոգնել են նույն դեմքերից և ուրվականների նման ոտքերը այս գերատեսչությունից այն նախարարություն քարշ տվող նույն հոտած պաշտոնյաներից... Իշխանությունները այնքան կամք ու ինտելեկտ չունեցան, որ գոնե իրենք իրենց թարմ արյուն ներարկեն: Ոչ-ի հաղթանակը մեծ բեկում կլինի քաղաքական դաշտում, թերևս ապագա քաղաքական մարտերում նոր վերադասավորումների ու քաղաքական դաշտի առողջացման պատճառ հանդիսանա...
Այդ է պատճառը, որ անհամատեղելի լինելով այս իշխանությունների հետ, միաժամանակ մեծագույն անվստահություն, երբեմն նաև հակակրանք ունենալով ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներկայացուցիչների գերակշիռ մասի նկատմամբ, ես, որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի, մասնակցելու եմ դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեին և քվեարկելու եմ ՈՉ...
