Իշխանությունները կխուսափե՞ն անակնկալներից․ ե՞րբ պատրաստ կլինի ՍԴ նոր կազմը․ «Ժողովուրդ»
POLITICSԺողովուրդ օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին նախագիծն Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց 89 կողմ ձայնով` առանց դեմ եւ ձեռնպահ ձայների: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է դադարեցնել 12 տարուց ավելի պաշտոնավարած ՍԴ դատավորների լիազորությունները: Այդպիսով կդադարեցվի Հրայր Թովմասյանի պաշտոնավարումը՝ որպես ՍԴ նախագահ, եւ 9 անդամներից 3-ի լիազորությունները` Հրանտ Նազարյանի, Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի եւ Ալվինա Գյուլումյանի: Ընդ որում, այս փոփոխությունները բավականին արագ են կատարվելու, եւ Ազգային ժողովի կողմից նախագծի հրապարակումից հետո պատգամավորները խորհրդարանում արդեն փակ գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ կարող են ՍԴ նոր անդամներ ընտրել:
Հավելենք, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու եւ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ՍԴ դիմումի հիման դրա՝ 300.1 հոդվածի՝ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցի քննությունը կսկսի հուլիսի 7-ին, եւ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները ցանկանում են մինչեւ այդ ունենալ ՍԴ նոր կազմ, որպեսզի խուսափեն անակնկալներից, քանի որ չի բացառվում՝ այժմյան կազմով այն հակասահմանադրական ճանաչվի, եւ այդ դեպքում քրեական գործը կկարճվի: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ ուշագրավ է, որ երեկվա դրությամբ իմքայլականները չունեին թեկնածուներ եւ այդ առումով բուռն քննարկումների մեջ էին՝ այդպես էլ չիմանալով՝ ում առաջադրել միանգամից երեք տեղի համար: Ընդ որում, ընտրությունը պետք է կայանա նույն օրը»:
