Արտակարգ դրության իրավական ռեժիմի կանոնները խախտելու փաստերով մինչ օրս կազմվել է 39 հազար արձանագրություն (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՊարետի որոշումների պահանջների կատարումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է իրականացնել արտակարգ ծառայություն։ Այս համատեքստում միշտապես իրականացվում են նաև հատուկ միջոցառումներ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը:
Ոստիկանության արտաքին ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողները հետևում են, որ տրանսպորտային միջոցներում, այդ թվում՝ մետրոներում և միկրոավտոբուսներում և ավտոբուսներում վարորդն ու ուղևորները դիմակներ կրեն։ Եթե տրանսպորտային միջոցում վարորդը մենակ է, կարող է դիմակ չկրել։
Ոստիկանները ստուգում են նաև, որ ավտոբուսներում ու միկրոավտոբուսներում չլինեն թույլատրելիից ավելի ուղևորներ։ Պարետի որոշմամբ՝ տնից դուրս եկող անձինք պետք է կրեն դիմակ և ունենան անձը հաստաթող փաստաթուղթ՝ անձնագիր, նույնականացման քարտ կամ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական։ Այս կարգը խախտողները ևս ենթարկվում են վարչական պատասխանատվության։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, արտակարգ դրության իրավական ռեժիմի կանոնները խախտելու փաստերով մինչ օրս կազմվել է շուրջ 39 հազար արձանագրություն։
Բացի այդ, ոստիկանության կարգախմբերը, համագործակցելով տեսչական մարմինների հետ, ստուգայցերի միջոցով արդյունավետ հսկողություն են իրականացնում բակերում, ինքնամեկուսացման ու մեկուսացման վայրերում, հոգեհանգստի և հուղարկավորության արարողությունների ընթացքում, առևտրի և հասարակական սննդի բնագավառում գործունեություն ծավալող օբյեկտներում։
