Ալիեւի վերաբերյալ որոշումը կայացված է. Թուրքիան դրա դիմաց երաշխիքներ է պահանջում Նախիջեւանի համար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրամիությունում Ադրբեջանի նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Շահմարլին օրերս ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում էր արել, որ Վաշինգտոնն ու Մոսկվան որպես ռեգիոնալ կայունության գրավական են դիտարկում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիեւի հեռացումը:
Ադրբեջանի նախկին դեսպանը ներկայացնում է ինսայդերական տեղեկատվությո՞ւն, թե պարզապես անձնական գնահատական: Սակայն Ադրբեջանի շուրջ զարգացումները, նաեւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վարքը հուշում են, որ Ալիեւն ինքն էլ լավ պատկերացնում է օրակարգում իր «դուրսգրման» հարցի առկայությունը:
Այդ օրակարգի հասունացման մասին տողերիս հեղինակը, Լրագիրը գրել է բազմիցս, անդրադառնալով Ալիեւի ռազմական դիվանագիտության փակուղուն: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը 2003 թվականից ի վեր ընտրել է ոչ միայն արցախյան գործընթացի, այլ ընդհանրապես ադրբեջանական պետական ու ազգային ինքնության կառուցման մի ճանապարհ, որը անխուսափելի է դարձնում ռեգիոնալ մեծ պատերազմը:
Ալիեւը կարող էր ունենալ պահանջարկ, եթե այդպիսի պատերազմը պահանջարկ ունենա աշխարհաքաղաքական ուժային կենտրոնների մակարդակում: Բայց այդ պահանջարկը չկա եւ չի էլ լինելու, քանի դեռ կան Հայաստանն ու Արցախը: Իսկ Ալիեւը չի կարող ապրել Արցախից ու Հայաստանից ավելի երկար:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պահանջարկը 2016-ի ապրիլին վերացրեց հայկական բանակը: Ակնառու դարձավ, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի քաղաքականությունն այլեւս անպիտան է անգամ լոկալ ռազմա-քաղաքական սադրանքների միջոցով իրավիճակ կառավարելու համար: Ավելին, նա այդ իմաստով կարող է ռեսուրս լինել միայն Թուրքիայի համար, այն էլ առավելապես նույն Վաշինգտոնի եւ Մոսկվայի հանդեպ շանտաժի:
Եթե լիներ միայն Կրեմլը, շանտաժը կարող էր աշխատել, Ռուսաստանը չունի թուրքական շանտաժի հանդեպ իմունիտետ: Բայց հնարավոր չէ Կովկասում շանտաժի ենթարկել Մոսկվային, առանց դրանից Սպիտակ տանը զերծ պահելուց: Այլապես, Անկարան թերեւս վաղուց Կովկասում Ադրբեջանի միջոցով կստեղծեր գործնականում նույն իրավիճակը, ինչ Լիբիայում եւ Սիրիայում:
Ավելին, ըստ ամենայնի Թուրքիան դեմ չէ Ալիեւին հեռացնելուն, պարզապես ներկայում դրա դիմաց ակնկալում է երաշխիքներ Նախիջեւանի հարցում: Կամ շտապում է իր համար «փրկել» գոնե Նախիջեւանը, հասկանալով, որ կորցնում է Բաքուն: Անկարան աշխուժացրել է քայլերը Նախիջեւանի վերահսկողության ուղղությամբ: Վտանգը, որ իրեն կարող է հանձնել նաեւ Թուրքիան, զգացել է Ալիեւն էլ, ինչի համար էլ օրերս հիշեցնում էր, որ Նախիջեւանում հայրն է բարձրացրել Ադրբեջանի եռագույն դրոշը:
Ալիեւին հեռացնելու որոշումը կայացված է, եւ դրա յուրօրինակ կնիքն էր ՄԻԵԴ որոշումը Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի գործով, որով արձանագրվեց, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը պաշտոնական մակարդակում հովանավորում է էթնիկ սպանությունը: Հարցն այն է, թե որքան կերկարաձգի կորոնավիրուսը Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կյանքը:
