Իմ օրոք Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները չեն կարգավորվելու. Հակահայ թուրք գործիչը ՄԱԿ–ի ԳԱ նախագահ է արդեն

ՄԱԿ–ի  Գլխավոր ասամբելայի 75-րդ նստաշրջանի  նախագահի պաշտոնում թուրք հայտնի դիվանագետ Վոլքան Բոզքըրը ընտրվելու հետ կապված NEWS.am–ի թղթակիցը զրուցել է թուրքագետ Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանի հետ։

Թուրքագետի խոսքով՝  Հայաստանի համար մտահոգիչը ոչ միայն այն է, որ ՄԱԿ–ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նստաշրջանի նախագահ է ընտրվում թուրք գործիչը, այլ այն, որ նա հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի նկատմամաբ խիստ բացասական տրամադրված  Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության անդամ։ 

«Նա Թուրքիայում  խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ եւ ԵՄ–ի հետ հարաբերությունների հարցերով նախարար եղած ժամանակ հանդես է եկել հակահայկական հայտարարություններով ։

Լինելով ԵՄ–ի հետ հարցերով նախարար, ում պարտականությունն էր ԵՄ–ի անդամության համար բանակցությունները, Վոլքան Բոզքըրը 2015 թվականին հայտարարում է, թե Թուրքիայի համար ոչ մի արժեք չունի Եվրախորհրդարանի կողմից Թուրքիային ուղղված կոչը՝  ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Նա նաեւ խիստ է պատասխանել նաեւ ԱՄՆ այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Օբամայի ելույթին, ով համարձակվել է հայերենով «Եղեռն» բառն օգտագործել։

Վոլքան Բոզքըրը հայտնի է նաեւ Արցախի հարցում անվերապահորեն Ադրբեջանին աջակցելու հայտարարություններով։

Իսկ  որպես Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ,  ամենաամոթալի ելույթն այն էր, որ նա հայտարարեց, թե իր պաշտոնավարման օրոք թույլ չի տա Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորում։ Ահա այսպիսի գործիչը 21-րդ դարում ընտրվում է ՄԱԿ–ի  Գլխավոր ասամբելայի 75-րդ նստաշրջանի  նախագահի պաշտոնում»,–նշեց թուրքագետ Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ բնական է,որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում Վոլքան Բոզքըրը փորձելու է հակահայկական քայլեր իրականացնել՝ ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի։

Սակայն ըստ Իսպիրյանի՝ պետք չի գերագնահատել ՄԱԿ–ի  Գլխավոր ասամբելայի 75-րդ նստաշրջանի  նախագահի դերը միջազգային հարաբերություններում։ «Դա ավելի շատ խորհրդանշական պաշտոն է։ Հաշվի առնենք, որ մինչեւ հիմա աշխարհում եղանակ փոխող երկրներից չեն ցանկացել ստանձնել այդ պաշտոնը։  Օրինակ երբեք նախագահը չի եղել ՌԴ–ից, ԱՄՆ–ից, Չինաստանից, Մեծ Բրիտանիայից, Ֆրանսիայից եւ Ճապոնիայից։  ՄԱԿ–ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան ՄԱԿ–ի մի քանի օրգաններից մեկն է, աշխատում է ժողովի տարբերակով եւ նախագահի հնարավորություններն ազդել քաղաքական կամ ռազմավարական ծրագրերին հավասար են գրեթե զրոյի»,–ամփոփեց Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանը։

Նշենք, որ ՄԱԿ–ի  Գլխավոր ասամբելայի 75-րդ նստաշրջանի  նախագահի թեկնածու էր միայն Վոլքան Բոզքըրը եւ առանց քվեարկության կարող էր նստել այդ պաշտոնում, սակայն Հայաստանը, Հունաստանը եւ Կիպրոսը առարկել էին եւ քվեարկություն էր անցկացվել, որի ընթացքում 192 երկրներից 178–ը կողմ են քվեարկել նրա թեկնածությանը,  11-՝ ձեռնպահ եւ 3 երկրի քվե անվավեր է ճանաչվել։

Նա պաշտոնն ստանձնելու է սեպտեմբերից մեկ տարով։
