Այդուհանդերձ, ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը միացավ հակաչինական Ալիանսին

Ինչպես և խոստացել էի, անդրադառնում եմ հակաչինական Ալիանսին՝ Հայաստանի միանալու հիմնավորումների բացակայությանը։

Վստահաբար չէի անդրադառնա, եթե չանձնավորվեր և ինձ ԱԳՆ-ն չմեղադրեր «Յուրաքանչյուր միջազգային նախաձեռնությանը Հայաստանի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ կարող են լինել տարբեր գնահատականներ և որակումներ, որոնք միշտ չէ, որ տեղին են՝ հատկապես այն դեպքերում, երբ վերլուծություններում փորձ է կատարվում հասկանալ բոլորի, բայց ոչ Հայաստանի շահերը:» նախադասությամբ:

Դե, եթե այդպես է, հիմա անդրադառնանք ԱԳՆ՝ Հայաստանի շահերը չհասկանալուն:

Եվ ուրեմն,
1․ Եթե Հայաստանում կրոնի ազատության հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան և եթե Հայաստանում որևէ կրոնական փոքրամասնություն (ռուսներ, եզդիներ և այլն) ունեն խնդիրներ կրոնի ազատության հետ, ապա մեր անդամակցությունը Ալիանսին կլիներ տրամաբանական:

2․ Եթե հայ համայնքը՝ Իրանում, Թուրքիայիում, Սիրիայում, արաբական որևէ այլ երկրում, Եվրոպայում կամ Լատինական Ամերիկայում ունենար խնդիրներ կապված կրոնի ազտության հետ, ապա մեր անդամակցությունը Ալիանսին կլիներ տրամաբանական:

3․ Եթե Ալիանսը` որպես թիրախ ընտրեր Ադրբեջանին կամ Թուրքիային, մեր անդամակցությունը կլիներ տրամաբանական:

Վերոնշյալ կետերում կա՞ն «Հայաստանի շահերը»: Չկան:

Հակաչինական ալիանսին միանալու մեր հիմնավորումներից մեկը հետևյալն է․ «Որպես ցեղասպանություն վերապրած ազգ` մենք մեծ կարևորություն ենք տալիս կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների պաշտպանության հարցերին»։ Փայլուն ձևակերպում։ Համաձայն եմ։ Սակայն, այստեղ մի տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում։ Էդքան ցեղասպանությունների մասին, որ խոսում եք, քանի՞ Ցեղասպանություն է (այդ թվում հենց հիմա տեղի ունեցող) ճանաչել Հայաստանը վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում: Ինչու՞ Ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման դրոշակակիր Հայաստանը չի ճանաչում տասնյակ ցեղասպանությունները, որ տեղի են ունեցել 20-21-րդ դարերում: Քաղաքական հարց է՞: Իսկ, որ ուրիշները մեր Ցեղասպանությունը չեն ճանաչում, ինչու՞ ենք նրանց քննադատում: Մենք իրենցից տարբերվում ե՞նք:

Եվ վերջապես, պետք չէ պնդել, որ Ալիանսը քվեարկող կամ բանաձև ընդուող մարմին չէ: Ըստ Ալիանսի կանոնադրության, բոլոր բացահայտված խնդիրները «միանման մտածող» երկրների կողմից բարձրաձայնվելու և ընթացք են ստանալու ՄԱԿ-ում և այլ միջազգային կառույցներում:

Նորից եմ կրկնում, սա ԱՄՆ-Չինաստան մրցապայքարի դաշտն էր, որը մեր կռիվը չէր: Բայց Հայաստանը դարձավ 193 երկրներից ընդամենը 29-րդը, որ դարձավ հակաչինական Ալիանսի անդամ:

Ինչպես ասել է պետքարտուղար Պոմպեոն Ալիանսի հանդիպման ժամանակ, «Չինաստանի Կոմկուսը բոլոր կրոնների թշնամին է»:
