ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը մտադիր է COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութն անվճար դարձնել գրեթե բոլոր ամերիկացիների համար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի աշխատակազմը հայտնում է, որ ի վերջո այն մտադիր է COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութը անվճար դարձնել գրեթե բոլորի համար ԱՄՆ-ում, հայտնում է Ամերիկայի Ձայնը:
Ակնկալվում է, որ ամերիկացիների մեծ մասի համար պատվաստանյութի արժեքը կվճարեն ապահովագրական ընկերությունները, հայտարարել է վարչակազմի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան մինչեւ տարեվերջ պատվաստանյութը ստանալուն ուղղված կառավարության ջանքերին նվիրված ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ: Ինչ վերաբերում է նրանց, ովքեր ապահովագրություն չունեն, պաշտոնյան հավելել է. «Մեր՝ որպես դաշնային կառավարության, դերն է անել այնպես, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուր խոցելի անձ, ով չի կարող իրեն պատվաստանյութ թույլ տալ, ստանա այն»:
Պաշտոնյան հայտնել է, որ դաշնային ֆինանսավորմամբ ստեղծված պատվաստանյութը նախ կառաջարկվի ամերիկացիներին եւ միայն դրանից հետո կմատակարարվի այլ երկրներ: «Մենք շատ հստակ առաջնահերթություններ ունենք. առաջին հերթին մենք հոգ տանում ենք ամերիկացիների մասին»,- ասել է ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչը:
Մյուս երկրներն առանձին պայմանագրեր են կնքում պատվաստանյութի արտադրության համար, ասել է նա: «Մեր պայմանագրերը ոչ մի դեպքում չեն արգելում, որպեսզի այդ պատվաստանյութը մարդիկ ստանան աշխարհի այլ տարածաշրջաններում»,- հավելել է պաշտոնյան:
Operation Warp Speed Operation-ի շրջանակներում վարչակազմը ցանկանում է մինչեւ 2021 թվականի հունվար պատվաստանյութի 300 միլիոն դեղաչափ ստանալ: Մինչ այժմ կառավարությունը հայտարարել է ավելի քան 3 միլիարդ դոլար արժողությամբ պայմանագրերի մասին պատվաստանյութերի փորձարկումների, արտադրության եւ տարածմանն աջակցելու համար: Կոնգրեսը մոտ 10 միլիարդ դոլար է հատկացրել պատվաստանյութի ստեղծման, բուժման մեթոդների մշակման եւ COVID-19-ի ախտորոշման համար:
Մշակման գործընթացում ավելի քան 100 պատվաստանյութերից ընտրվել է 14 թեկնածու: Կառավարությունը հայտարարել է, որ կլինիկական հետազոտությունների համար առավել հեռանկարային յոթ պատվստանյութ կընտրի:
Թրամփի վարչակազմն արդեն հայտարարել է երեք ընկերությունների կողմից մշակվող թեկնածու պատվաստանյութերին աջակցության մասին:
Նուբար Աֆեյան Moderna ընկերությունը մարտի կեսերին սկսել է եռաստիճան կլինիկական հետազոտության առաջին փուլը: Johnson & Johnson-ը նախատեսում է սկսել դրանք այս ամռանը, իսկ AstraZeneca-ն ամռանը կսկսի Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի կողմից մշակված պատվաստանյութի վերջնական լայնածավալ կլինիկական փորձարկման փուլը:
Վարչակազմը պնդում է, որ պատվաստանյութերը հասանելի կլինեն հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, եթե փորձարկումները հաջողությամբ անցկացվեն:
