POLITICSԶուտ իրավակա՞ն գործընթաց է ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կատարվողը, թե՞ քաղաքական է, ինչպես պնդում են ԲՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները։ Եվ ինչի՞ արդյունք է այս ամենը․մեկնաբանություն ստանալու համար Yerevan.Today-ը դիմեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանին։
«Կարծում եմ՝ ակնհայտ է, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետապնդումը քաղաքական բնույթ է կրում։ Օբյեկտիվ քննադատական ելույթից հետո վարչապետի գրեթե անթաքույց հրահանգով նրա դեմ քարոզչական կեղտոտ արշավ սանձազերծվեց, հարուցվեցին կասկածելի քրեական գործեր։ Իրավական գործընթացի մասին իշխանությունների պնդումները քննադատության չեն դիմանում։ Ակնհայտ է նաև, որ կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակի դեմ պայքարը խայտառակ կերպով տապալած վարչախումբը օգտագործում է արտակարգ դրությունը բացառապես քաղաքական նպատակով՝ ոտնահարելով մեր քաղաքացիների հիմնարար ժողովրդավարական իրավունքները։
Ցավոք, պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ մեր հոռետեսական կանխատեսումներն իրականություն դարձան։ Քաղաքական հետապնդումներ իրականացնելու պատրաստ իշխանությունը չի կարող սահմանափակել ինքն իրեն և բավարարվել մեկ առանձին դեպքով։ Դեռևս երկու տարի առաջ ակնհայտ էր, որ քաղաքական դաշտի կողմից դիմադրության բացակայության պայմաններում իշխանությունը շարունակելու է ուժային հաշվեհարդար տեսնել նաև այլ քաղաքական մրցակիցների նկատմամբ՝ նույն «իրավական գործընթացի» քողի ներքո։
Տեղի ունեցողը քաղաքական ուժերի և հասարակության կողմից պետք է խիստ և հետևողական հրապարակային քննադատության արժանանա։ Եթե քաղաքական հետապնդման դատապարտելի միջոցը արմատախիլ չարվի քաղաքական դիմադրության միջոցով, ապա օրվա իշխանությունը կշարունակի կիրառել այն ըստ ցանկության՝ ավերելով մեր պետականության հիմքերը»։
