Ի պարզաբանում «Շանգրի Լա» խաղատան առնչությամբ հրապարակված գործի վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ի երեկ տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ ցանկանում ենք ներկայացնել մի քանի կարևոր նկատառում: Նախ ուզում ենք ընդգծել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը որևէ անմիջական առնչություն չունի <<Օնիրա Քլաբ>> ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեության հետ այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ընկերությունը հանձնված է հավատարմագրային կառավարման, իսկ ընկերության մենեջմենթն իրականացվում է Անգլիայից և Ռուսաստանից ժամանած թոփ մենեջերների կողմից: Լիցենզիայի տրամադրման համար օրենքով նախատեսված 40 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրման փոխարեն՝ <<Օնիրա Քլաբը>> կատարել է ավելի քան 61 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում: Ինչ վերաբերում է նույն լիցենզիայով երկու տարբեր խաղատների գործունեության մասին տեղեկությանը, ապա նշենք, որ այն ևս չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ խոսքն, այս պարագայում, մեկ խաղատան երկու տարբեր սրահների մասին է, որոնք գտնվում են ռեստորանահյուրանոցային համալիրի տարբեր շինություններում, ունեն մեկ հասցե, մեկ հաշվապահություն, մեկ աշխատակազմ, որն, ի դեպ, հաստատել է կառավարությունը՝ ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրագրի փաթեթով: Ցանկանում ենք առանձնահատուկ ընդգծել, որ գործունեության ամբողջ ընթացքում համալիրը գտնվել է պատկան մարմինների խոշորացույցի ներքո: Այս ընթաքցում բազմաթիվ մեծածավալ ստուգումներ են իրականացվել ինչպես Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի, այնպես էլ Ֆինանսների նախարարության կողմից, այդ թվում՝ նաև վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում: Այդ բոլոր ստուգումների ընթացքում <<Օնիրա Քլաբը>>-ում որևէ խախտում կամ ապօրինի գործունեություն որևէ անգամ չի հայտնաբերվել, հակառակ դեպքում, ընկերությանը, վստահաբար,գործունեության լիցենզիա չէր տրամադրվի:Այս դեպքում հարց է առաջանում, եթե յուրաքանչյուր տարվա հարկային ստուգումների արդյունքում որևէ խախտում չի հայտնաբերվել, ինչպե՞ս կարող էր օդից գոյանալ այդ <<30 միլիարդ դրամի պետությանը հասցված վնաս>>-ը: Քանի որ այս ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում <<Օնիրա քլաբ>>-ը տարեկան շուրջ 5.5 միլիարդ դրամ հարկ է վճարել և հանդիսանում է ՀՀ խոշոր հարկատուներից մեկը: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում եզրահանգումը մեկն է. Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հայտնի ելույթից հետո նրա հանդեպ սկսվել են քաղաքական հետապնդումներ և պարզապես որոշվել է գործ սարքել մեր ընկերության գլխին: Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ <<Օնիրա Քլաբ>> ռեստորանահյուրանոցային համալիրն ունի 700 աշխատակից, որոնք, ի դեպ, սկսված ապօրինի հետապնդումների պատճառով կարող են դառնալ գործազուրկ:
