INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի եւ Եվրոպայի համագործակցության ներուժը չի իրացվում արեւմտյան երկրների գործողությունների պատճառով, որոնք մերժում են Շառլ դը Գոլի գաղափարները: Այս մասին նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը շաբաթ ֆրանսիական The Revue Politique et Parlementaire ամսագրում հրապարակված հոդվածում՝ նվիրված Հինգերորդ հանրապետության նախկին առաջնորդի ծննդյան 130-ամյակին, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ:
«Ավրաատլանտիկան» բախվել է վստահության լայնածավալ ճգնաժամի: Այդպես էլ չի կառուցվել իրավամբ միասնական Եվրոպա: Ռուսաստանի եւ Եվրամիության միջեւ փոխգործակցության մեծածավալ ներուժը, ըստ էության, պարապուրդի է մատնված: Եվրոպական, այդ թվում նաեւ ֆրանսիական բիզնեսը վնասներ է կրում: Վստահ եմ՝ ընթացիկ սցենարը հեռու է նրանից, ինչը նկատի էր ունեցել Շառլ դը Գոլը, որը հրաշալի գիտակցում էր «առանց Ռուսաստանի Եվրոպայի» ամբողջ հակաարդյունավետությունն ու անհեռանկարայնությունը»,- նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը:
Նա ուշադրություն է դարձրել այն հանգամանքին, որ հիմա արեւմտյան հանրույթում գերակշռում է նրանց նախանշած գիծը, ովքեր «յուրացնելով մարդկության ճակատագրերի որոշման իրավունքը, կարճատես ընտրություն են կատարել նատօյակենտրոնամետության, «զրոյական գումարով» աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղերի եւ «հայտնի առաջատար» տրամաբանության օգտին: Լավրովը հիշեցրել է Հարավսլավիայի ռմբակոծությունների մասին, դեպի արեւելք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդարձակման՝ չնայած դեռեւս խորհրդային ղեկավարության առաջ ստանձնած պարտավորություններին, Ուկրաինայում հակասահմանադրական զինված հեղաշրջմանը եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների աջակցության եւ դրան հաջորդած Ռուսաստանի դեմ միակողմանի պատժամիջոցների սահմանման մասին:
Ընդ որում՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը նշել է, որ աշխարհի ճարտարապետությունը եւ մայրցամաքում կայունությունը ձեւավորելու հնարավորությունը դեռեւս պահպանվում է: «Ընթացիկ պայմաններում այս խնդրի լուծման առավել արդյունավետ ուղին տարբեր ինտեգրացիոն նախագծերի ներուժի ստեղծումն է, որոնք իրացվում են ընդարձակ եվրասիական տարածքներում՝ Լիսաբոնից մինչեւ Ջակարտա»,- շարունակել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ հենց դրան է ուղղված ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի Մեծ Եվրասիական գործընկերության ստեղծման նախաձեռնությունը:
