Սահմանային ակտիվությունն Ադրբեջանը ցուցաբերեց այն ժամանակ, երբ տեղի էր ունենում ԵԱՀԿ ԱԳՆ նախարարների ամենամյա նիստը:
Այս տարվա տեքստն էլ ոչնչով չի տարբերվում նախորդ տարիների տեքստերից: ԵԱՀԿ-ն վերահաստատեց իր սկզբունքները, դատապարտեց ծանր զինտեխնիկայի օգտագործումը և այլն:
Բոլորս էլ տեսնում ենք, որ ծանր զինտեխնիկան կիրառում է Ադրբեջանը: Ռուս-թուրքական կոնֆլիկտի պայմաններում ետին պլան մղված Ադրբեջանը փորձեց այսպիսով արդի պահել Արցախի հարցը, իսկ ԵԱՀԿ-ն երկկողմանի հանգստության կոչ է անում: Հանգստացրեք Ադրբեջանին, որը կրկին ապացուցեց, որ չի հարգում ԵԱՀԿ ձևաչափը և նրա անդամ պետություններին:
Խաղաղության ու ապառազմականացման կոչերից հետո նրանք կրկին կրակում են, ու զինվոր է մահանում: Ձեզ չեն հարգում, պարոնա՛յք, Ալիևը ձեր կոչերն օգտագործում է ոչ ավելին, քան անձեռոցիկ:
