Հնդկաստանում առնվազն 310 մարդ զոհվել «վերջին 100 տարվա ընթացքում ամենաուժեղ հեղեղումներից»

 Հնդկաստանի հարավի Թամիլնադ նահանգում մոլեգնող հեղեղումների զոհ Է դարձել առնվազն 310 մարդ, միայն անցած օրվա ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել Է 45 զոհված: Այդ մասին, հայտնել Է Հնդկաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Ռաջնաթհ Սինգհը:

«Անցած օրվա ընթացքում նահանգի մայրաքաղաք Չեննայի հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել 45 քաղաքացիների դիակներ, որոնք զոհվել են հեղեղումների հետեւանքով»,- ասել Է նա:

Ոտիկանության տվյալներով՝ մարդկանց զոհվելու դեպքերի կեսի պատճառը կարճ միացումն Է եղել: «Սա վերջին 100 տարվա ընթացքում ամենաուժեղ ջրհեղեղն Է Հնդկաստանի հարավում: Դրությունը շատ տագնապալի Է: Բանակը եւ արձագանքման ազգային ուժերն արդեն փրկել են 7 հազարից ավելի մարդու, բայց դեռ նույնքան բնակիչներ Էլ սպասում են շտապ տարհանման»,-նշել Է նա:

Ընդամենը հեղեղումների սկսվելուց ի վեր իշխանություններն ստիպված են եղել ժամանակավոր տեղավորման ճամբարներ տարհանել 250 հազարից ավելի մարդկանց, նրանցից շատերը զրկվել են ոչ միայն ունեցվածքից, այլեւ օթեւանից:

Տարածաշրջանում հորդառատ անձրեւներ են տեղում արդեն երկու շաբաթ եւ, ըստ օդերեւութաբանների կանխատեսումների, կշարուկանկվեն եւս մի քանի օր: Առավել տուժած գոտին դարձել Է Չեննայ մեգապոլիսը, որտեղ ապրում Է շուրջ 5 մլն մարդ:

Քաղաքի մեծ մասը ողողված Է ջրով, ջրի մակարդակն առանձին վայրերում հասել Է 1,5-2 մետրի: Բնակիչների շուրջ 60 տոկոսը մնացել Է առանց Էլեկտրականության, շուրջ 40 տոկոսը՝ առանց շարժական կապի: Չեննայում փակ են բոլոր ուսումնական հաստատությունները, կանգ են առել գործարանները եւ ֆաբրիկաները, այդ թվում՝ ավտոմոբիլային արտադրությունների փոխակրիչները, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
