Այսօրվա գներով որոշակի բարձրացման անհրաժեշտություն ունենք․ ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը՝ գազի գնի մասին
ECONOMICSԳազի սակագնի հարցով որոշում կայացնելու համար Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նիստը տեղի է ունենալու այս ամսվա ընթացքում։ Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը։
«Նրանք հայտով ներկայացրել են սակագնի վերանայման իրենց հաշվարկները, մեր աշխատակազմը ներկայացրել է իրենց դիրքորոշումը։ Հիմա սկսել ենք հանրային քննարկումների փուլը, և դա ամփոփվել է հանձնաժողովի նիստում»,- ասաց Բաղրամյանը։
Անդրադռնալով «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրենի հայտարարությանը՝ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանն ասաց․ «Մեր աշխատակազմի հաշվարկներն էլ են դա ցույց տալիս, որ այսօրվա գներով որոշակի բարձրացման անհրաժեշտություն ունենք»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Հրանտ Թադևոսյանը բնակչությանը մատակարարվող գազի սակագնի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ ներկայացված հայտը մեկնաբանում է նրանով, որ առկա գումարներով հնարավոր չէ համակարգը պահել։
Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը նշեց, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» հետ իրենք քննարկում են առաջիկա 10 տարվա համար ավելի կայուն ու կանխատեսելի սակագնային քաղաքականություն ունենալու հնարավորությունը։
«Նախատեսվում է առաջիկա 10 տարիների համար կապիտալ ներդրումների մի մեծ փաթեթ՝ շուրջ 500 մլն դոլար։ Նախատեսվում է, բնականաբար, այդ ներդրումների դիմաց արդյուքնենրի ակնկալում, և առաջիկա 10 տարիներին բավական կանխատեսելի սակագնային մարժա ենք ունենալու։ Այսինքն՝ կախված նրանից, թե սահմանին ինչ գազի գին կունենանք, արդեն այդ գնից կախված բավական կանխատեսելի կլինի մարժան վերջնական սպառողի համար»,- հավելեց նա։
Ըստ Բաղրամյանի՝ սակագնի միջին գին «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» առաջարկել է 283 դոլար, դա հինգ սպառողական խմբերի միջինն է։ Այսօր գործող միջին գինը 255 դոլար է։ «Մեր աշխատակազմն առաջարկել է 266․7 դոլար։ Ընդ որում, այդ միջին 266․7 դոլարն առաջարկվում է բաշխել սպառողական խմբերի միջև այնպես, որ բնակչության ու սոցիալապես անապահով խմբերի համար գների փոփոխություն առաջարկում ենք չանել։ Միջին բարձրացման չափով ավելանում են ջերմոցների ու վերամշակող գործարանների սակագինը և 10 հազար խմ-ից ավելի սպառում ունեցողների գները»,- նշեց նա։
