Սինգապուրը եւ Չինաստանը մասամբ վերսկսել են փոխադարձ ուղեւորությունները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍինգապուրը եւ Չինաստանը մասամբ վերսկսել են փոխադարձ ուղեւորությունները պարզեցված ռեժիմով, որոնք կասեցվել էին փետրվարի 1-ին՝ նոր կորոնավիրուսի բռնկման պատճառով, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Սինգապուրի քաղաքացիական ավիացիոն վարչությունը:
««Արագ թրեքերի» ստեղծումը երկու երկրների միջեւ թույլ կտա սահմանափակ թվով գործարարների եւ ճանապարհորդների փոխադարձ ուղեւորություններ իրականացնել: Սա Սինգապուրի սահմանների աստիճանական բացման ծրագրի մի մասն է, միեւնույն ժամանակ առավել խիստ միջոցներ կձեռնարկվեն ուղեւորությունների անվտանգության ապահովման համար»,- նշել են գերատեսչությունում:
Իր հերթին, Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում պարզաբանել են, որ ճանապարհորդել կկարողանան ոչ միայն երկու պետությունների քաղաքացիները, այլ նաեւ օտարերկրացիները, որոնք մշտական ռեզիդենտներ են: Սակայն Սինգապուրի իշխանությունները երկրից դուրս գալու համար պահանջում են նախապես թույլտվություն ստանալ տեղական արտգործնախարարությունից կամ առեւտրի եւ արդյունաբերության նախարարությունից: Բացի այդ, անհրաժեշտ է հրավեր ստանալ ընդունող կողմից եւ նախքան թռիչքը 48 ժամվա ընթացքում կորոնավիրուսի ախտորոշման թեստ հանձնել: Երկրորդ թեստն անհրաժեշտ է հանձնել Չինաստան կամ Սինգապուր ժամանելուն պես: Միեւնույն ժամանակ հանվում է նաեւ պարտադիր երկշաբաթյա կարանտինը արտասահմանից ժամանողների համար:
Մինչդեռ, Սինգապուրից ուղեւորություններ կարելի է իրականացնել միայն ՉԺՀ-ի մի շարք քաղաքներ եւ նահանգներ, մասնավորապես՝ Տյանցզին, Շանհայ, Ցունցին, ինչպես նաեւ Գուանդուն, Չժեցզյան եւ Ցզյանցու:
Չինաստանն առաջին երկիրն էր, որի հետ Սինգապուրը մարտի 23-ին վերականգնել էր միջազգային հաղրոդակցությունը: Ավելի վաղ Սինգապուրի իշխանությունները հայտարարել էին, որ նման խորհրդակցություններ են տարվում Ավստրալիայի, Մալայզիայի, Նոր Զելանդիայի, Կորեայի Հանրապետության եւ մի շարք այլ պետությունների հետ:
