Կառավարության հրաժարականի պահանջները. խաղաքարտերը բացվում են
POLITICSՀունիսի սկզբից, երբ կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածության ու մահացության դեպքերը կտրուկ աճեցին, Հայաստանում սկսեցին պարբերաբար հրաժարականի պահանջներ հնչել՝ նախարարի, պարետի, վարչապետի։ Այդ պահանջները ներկայացնում են խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը, ՀՀԿ-ն, Արթուր Վանեցյանը, Ժառանգությունը եւ քաղաքական կողմնորոշում չունեցող շատ մարդիկ։
Նման արձագանքը բնական է։ Մեկուսացման, զսպման ու տագնապի մի քանի շաբաթվանից հետո գալիս է ագրեսիվ թուլացման պահը։ ԱՄՆ-ում դա վերաճել է զանգվածային անկարգությունների, Ռուսաստանում կանխատեսում են բողոքի ալիք։ Հարեւան Վրաստանում նույնպես խոսում են կառավարության հրաժարականի մասին, իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները, օգտվելով կարանտինից, ճնշումներ են սկսել ընդդիմության դեմ։
Բայց Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ կարող է այլ կերպ լինել, եւ կառավարության հրաժարականն արդեն այդքան էլ անհնար չի թվում, ինչպես մեկ շաբաթ առաջ։ Առավել եւս, ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանի հրաժարականից հետո։
Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանն ասել է, որ կառավարությունում մեծ փոփոխությունների նշաններ կան, իսկ նա հենց այնպես չէր ասի։ Առաջին նախագահ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն անսպասելի խոսել է ու ասել, որ այս շրջանում ով կառավարության դեմ է, պետության դեմ է։ Նա նույնպես հենց այնպես բան չի ասում։
Բայց առանձնակի աչքի է ընկել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, որը հունիսի 5-ին Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցության արտակարգ նիստ է հրավիրել ու ասել, որ կառավարությունը պետք է փոխվի 100 տոկոսով։ Ծառուկյանը, ըստ երեւույթին, նկատի ունի, որ եթե նախկինում չէր պահանջում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը, ապա հիմա Փաշինյանն էլ պիտի հեռանա։ Ծառուկյանի խոսքով, հիմնական խնդիրն այն է, որ կառավարությունում կան մարդիկ, որոնք իրական կյանքում մատը մատին չեն խփել, ոչ մի ոլորտ չեն ղեկավարել, կա փորձի պակաս։ Պետք է լինեն փորձառու մարդիկ, որոնք պրոֆեսիոնալ արդյունք են ցույց տվել եւ կարեւոր չէ քաղաքական պատկանելությունը, որովհետեւ բոլոր ոլորտներում ձախողվել են, ասել է Ծառուկյանը։
Հայաստանի նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպել է առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ եւ մտահոգություն հայտնել կորոնավիրուսային վարակով պայմանավորված իրավիճակի հետ։
Այս շաբաթ եւս երկու հետաքրքիր իրադարձություն է տեղի ունեցել՝ նախ դատարանը որոշել է, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մինչեւ համավարակի ավարտը պետք է հիվանդանոցում մնա, իսկ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը չեղարկել է Միքայել Մինասյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը։ Սա առաջ է բերել ամենատարբեր մեկնաբանություններ, ընդհուպ մինչեւ այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կորցրել է վերահսկողությունը։
Ինչպե՞ս կզարգանան իրադարձությունները։ Պատահական չէ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջերս ասել է, որ չի վախենում մենակ մնալուց, իսկ Աննա Հակոբյանը կարոտով հիշել էր նախկին բնակարանը։ Թե՞ Փաշինյանը նոր փասյանս է դասավորում եւ սպասում է, թե երբ բոլորը կբացեն խաղաքարտերը։
