ԲՀԿ կուսակցության անդամ Իվետա Տոնոյանը՝ պատասխանելով վարչապետի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանի գրառմանը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է՝
Վարչապետի մամլո խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթը դեռ չավարտված, ՖԲ իր էջում հանդես է եկել պատասխան գրառմամբ՝ թեև ակնհայտորեն տեսանելի է, որ տեքստի իրական հեղինակը պարզապես թաքնվել է նրա թիկունքում, սա էլ արդեն որերորդ անգամ:
Մենք իհարկե ենթադրում էինք, որ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ հակահամաճարակային քաղաքականությունն ամբողջովին ձախողած ու հասարակությանը վարակի ու սոցիալական կարիքների հետ մենակ թողած կառավարությունը խուճապի մեջ է, սակայն իրապես չէինք պատկերացնում դրա իրական մասշտաբները։ Միայն վախեցած ու հասարակության հետ երկխոսությունը տապալած իշխանությունը կարող է նման ձևով արձագանքել օբյեկտիվ քննադատությանը, մանավանդ, որ պարոն Ծառուկյանի ելույթի հիմնական մոտիվը ազգային համաձայնությունն էր, համերաշխությունը, համազգային պոտենցիալը համախմբելու կոչը։
Սակայն վարչապետի խոսնակի պատասխանն ավելի ուշագրավ է այն առումով, որ իր մեջ պարունակում է քաղաքական ցինիզմի ու շանտաժի ակնհայտ տարրեր։ Իշխանությունն՝ իր խոսնակի շուրթերով, ըստ էության՝ ազդարարում է, որ մտացածին պատրվակներով քրեական հետապնդում կարող է սանձազերծել ցանկացած մեկի դեմ, ով վայելում է հասարակության հարգանքը ու հանդգնում է քննադատել կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող անհեռանկար քաղաքականությունը։
Իշխանությունն այսպիսով ազդարարում է, որ պատերազմ է հայտարարում ոչ թե կորոնավիրուսին ու աղքատությանը, այլ՝ ընդդիմությանը, խորհրդարանական ամենամեծ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությանը։ Միով բանիվ՝ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ վիճահարույց օրենքներն ընդունվել են՝ ոչ թե երկրում օրինականություն և արդարություն հաստատելու, այլ՝ ընդդիմության դեմ՝ որպես մահակ, օգտագործելու համար։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը վերահաստատում է իր ելույթում արտահայտված բոլոր մտքերը՝ կառավարությանը կոչ անելով վերջ տալ քաղաքական շանտաժին ու վերադառնալ երկխոսության ու քաղաքակիրթ բանվեճի դաշտ։ Արտակարգ դրությունը պետք է օգտագործել ոչ թե ընդդիմությանը, այլ՝ կորոնավիրուսին «լռեցնելու» համար։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեությունը եղել է հասարակության աչքի առաջ և նրա գործունեության որևէ դրվագ չի կարող խնդրահարույց լինել օրենքի տեսանկյունից։ Կառավարությանը կոչ ենք անում՝ զսպել սեփական վախերը ու վերադառնալ այն խոստումների կատարմանը, որոնք տրվել են ժողովրդին։
