Բարձր պաշտոններ թափուր են մնացել․ ե՞րբ կլինեն նոր նշանակումները․ «Ժողովուրդ»
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Երկար ժամանակ է՝ ինչ մի քանի բարձր պաշտոններ թափուր են մնացել, եւ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարծես չի էլ շտապում նոր նշանակումներ անել: Արդեն մեկ ամիս է՝ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը մնացել է առանց ղեկավարի: Մայիսի 5-ին այդ պաշտոնից ազատման դիմում ներկայացրեց Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը: Եվ այստեղ ուշագրավն այն է, որ խախտվել են նոր նախարար ներկայացնելու ժամկետները։ Բանն այն է, որ «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ կառավարության անդամի փոփոխության դեպքում վարչապետը պետք է ներկայացնի կառավարության նոր անդամի թեկնածու։ Իսկ նույն հոդվածի 4-րդ կետի համաձայն՝ «եթե կառավարության նոր անդամի թեկնածուն միաժամանակ չի ներկայացվում, ապա վարչապետը կառավարության նոր անդամի թեկնածուին Հանրապետության նախագահին է ներկայացնում 15-օրյա ժամկետում»: Եվ ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, Էրիկ Գրիգորյանի դիմումից հետո անցել է մեկ ամիս ժամանակ, սակայն նոր նշանակում այդպես էլ չի արվել։
Մայիսի 14-ին հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել Բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի նախագահ Սմբատ Գոգյանը, որի տեղը եւս թափուր է. նրա դիմումը դեռ չի էլ հաստատվել, գործընթացն առկախված է: Դե իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնն արդեն չորս ամիս է՝ ինչ թափուր է: Կոմիտեի ներսում աշխատողները նոր ղեկավար ունենալու հույս անգամ չունեն: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակից հետաքրքրվեց` երբ կարող են նշանակումներ լինել: Ի պատասխան՝ Մանե Գեւորգյանը ժամկետներ չնշեց՝ ասելով, թե որոշումների դեպքում կտեղեկացնեն այդ մասին»:
