Վրաստանում տուգանքներ կսահմանեն դիմակ կրելու կանոնները խախտելու համար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԴիմակ կրելու կանոնների խախտման համար տուգանք կսահմանվի. համապատասխան փոփոխությունները Քրեական օրենսգրքում եւ Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքում արդեն ներկայացվել են Վրաստանի խորհրդարան:
Փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ ֆիզիկական անձը կտուգանվի 50 լարիով (մոտ 17 դոլար)՝ փակ հասարակական վայրում դիմակ կրելու կանոնները խախտելու համար, հայտնում է News-Georgia-ն:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, իրավաբանական անձը, որը թույլ կտա առանց դիմակ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին մուտք գործել սեփական կամ վարձակալած փակ հանրային տարածք, կտուգանվի 500 լարիով (մոտ 170 դոլար):
Ըստ օրինագծի՝ 50 լարիով կտուգանվեն ուղեւորները, ովքեր դիմակ չեն օգտագործում հասարակական տրանսպորտում, այդ թվում նաեւ մետրոյում: Հասարակական տրանսպորտի առանց դիմակի վարորդը նույնպես կտուգանվի 50 լարիով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է տաքսիին (M1 կատեգորիա), ապա այս դեպքում եւս վարորդը եւ ուղեւորները պետք է դիմակներով լինեն: Եթե ուղեւորը դիմակ չունի, ապա կտուգանվի 50 լարիով, ինչպես եւ տաքսիի վարորդը: 50 լարի տուգանք է նախատեսված ինչպես վարորդի, այնպես էլ ուղեւորների համար, եթե ավտոմեքենայում չորսից ավել մարդ կա՝ վարորդը ներառյալ:
Փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են նաեւ մեկուսացման եւ կարանտինի կանոնների խախտումներին, այս դեպքում ֆիզիակական անձը կտուգանվի 2 հազար լարիով (մոտ 690 դոլար), իսկ իրավաբանական անձը՝ 10 հազար լարիով (մոտ 3.4 հազար դոլար):
