Որոնք են Հայաստանին ավիացիոն «սև ցուցակ» գցելու որոշման հիմնական չորս վնասները․ ներկայացնում է Արմեն Աշոտյանը

«Հայաստանի այսօրվա ավիացիոն ֆիասկոյից հետո բոլորի մոտ շոկ էր։ Եթե քաղաքացիների մոտ այն պայմանավորված էր տարբեր ոլորտներում պարբերաբար արձանագրվող ձախողումների դառնությամբ, ապա նիկոլականները շոկի մեջ էին, քանզի կռուտիտ չունեին։
Ավելի ուշ, սակայն, նրանք իրենց կարճ խելքով եւ ստաստեղծ բնավորությամբ մոգոնում են տարաբնույթ անհեթեթ «արդարացումեր»։
Որպեսզի ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ ու հասկանալի լինի, կարճ ներկայացնեմ Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովի կողմից Հայաստանին ավիացիոն «սեւ ցուցակ» գցելու որոշման հիմնական չորս վնասները։
1. Վնաս քաղաքական։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Եվրոպական Միության կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Հայաստանի մեղքով կիրառվող արգելքը հարված է Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերություններին։
2. Վնաս կառավարչական։ Ավիացիոն ոլորտում իշխանափոխությունից հետո աղետալի զարգացումները Փաշինյանի կառարարության գլոբալ ձախողումների լոկալ դրսեւորումներն են միայն։
3. Վնաս ռեպուտացիոն։ ԵՄ կողմից կազմված «սեւ ցուցակում» այս պահին այնպիսի երկրներ են, որոնք կամ սուպերաղքատ են, կամ սուպերանկայուն, կամ սուպերվարկաբեկված։ Հայաստանի իմիջին հասցված վնասի մասին հետեւությունները թողնում եմ ձեզ։
4. Վնաս տնտեսական։ Թեպետ ոչ բոլոր հայկական ընկերությունները դեպի ԵՄ չվերթներ ունեին, բայց հիշեք ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ-յի թռիչքները Լիոն, նրանց չարտերները դեպի Հունաստան, Իսպանիա, Իտալիա, ԱՏԼԱՆՏԻՍ-ի համատեղ թռիչքները Վիեննա եւ այլն։ Ակնհայտ է, որ տվյալ որոշումը լրջագույն լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական վնաս
է հասցնում տնտեսական գործունեության այս ոլորտին եւ դրան շաղկապված տուրիզմին»։
