Թուրքիան հրաժարվել է փակել ԻՊ-ի կողմից վերահսկվող Սիրիայի հետ սահմանը

Թուրքիան հրաժարվել է փակել Սիրիայի հետ սահմանն այն հատվածում, որը վերահսկում է «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը:

Այս մասին,  հայտնում է The Hurriyet Daily News թերթը:

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն դա պատճառաբանել է այն բանով, որ Անկարան չի կարող նման քայլի գնալ, քանի որ այդ դեպքում նա չի կարող փախստականներ ընդունել, որոնք զանգվածաբար հատում են սահմանը:

Դավութօղլուն հայտնել է, որ ներկա դրությամբ թուրք-սիրիական սահմանի մոտ 98 կմ երկարությամբ հատվածը գտնվում է ԻՊ-ի վերահսկողության տակ, եւ Թուրքիան ձգտում է առավելագույնս ամրապնդել սահմանային գոտին: Դավութօղլուն մեղադրել է նաև ռուսաստանյան օդուժերին այն բանում, որ իսլամիստները մինչ այժմ ջախջախված չեն:

Դավութօղլուի կարծիքով` սահմանը փակելու համար Թուրքիան պետք է 30 հազար զինվոր հատկացնի եւ յուրաքանչյուր 3 մետրի վրա պահակային դիտանոցներ տեղակայի: Նա հայտարարել է, որ երկրի բյուջեն այդ հնարավորությունը չունի: Բացի այդ, թուրքական իշխանությունները երկյուղում են, որ ԻՊ-ն դա կընկալի որպես ագրեսիվ գործողությունների ակնարկ եւ «պատասխան միջոցներ կձեռնարկի»:

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի միջեւ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին անցկացված բանակցությունների արդյունքներով ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին հայտարարել էր, որ Անկարան պատրաստ է ամբողջությամբ փակել սահմանը:

«Թուրքիան շահագրգռված է, որ դադարեցվի ապօրինի փոխադրվող նավթի տեղաշարժը կամ փակվի արտասահմանյան մարտիկների տեղաշարժը երկու ուղղությամբ էլ», -Բրյուսելում հայտարարել էր Քերին:

Նրա խոսքով` Էրդողանը մտադիր է գնալ նման միջոցների:

«Մենք դրա վրա աշխատելու ենք միասին, պատրաստվում ենք անհրաժեշտ խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնել մեր զինվորականների միջեւ, որպեսզի անենք դա», -նշել էր Քերին:

ԻՊ-ն Ռուսաստանում արգելված է դատարանի որոշումով:
