ՀԿԵ-ն վերսկսում է Երևան-Գյումրի-Երևան արագընթաց էլեկտրագնացքի աշխատանքը
SOCIETYՀունիսի 5-ից «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերությունը վերսկսում է Երևան-Գյումրի-Երևան միջքաղաքային էքսպրես էլեկտրագնացքների աշխատանքը: Չվերթները չեղարկվել են այս տարվա մարտի 27-ից` Հայաստանում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու և ուղևորափոխադրումների կտրուկ կրճատման պատճառով:
Ընկերության ներկայիս որոշումը պայմանավորված է միջքաղաքային երկաթուղային ուղևորափոխադրումների պահանջարկի որոշակի վերականգնումով և ուղղված է Երևանի ու Գյումրի միջև զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի խթանմանը: Այնուամենայնիվ, հանրապետության երկու խոշոր քաղաքների միջև էքսպրեսի երկարատև աշխատանքի ապահովումը կախված կլինի այս ծառայության պահանջարկի վերականգնման տեմպերից:
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հակավիրուսային միջոցառումների իրականացման հետ կապված՝ այս տարվա մարտից Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու ուղևորափոխադրումների ոլորտում արձանագրվել է ուղևորափոխադրումների ծավալների զգալի կրճատում: Այսպիսով, մարտի 14-ից չեղարկվել են Երևան-Թբիլիսի-Երևան միջազգային գնացքի ուղերթները: Արդյունքում, այս տարվա առաջին հինգ ամիսների արդյունքներով այդ գնացքի ուղևորների թիվը 2019-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 56,5% -ով:
Երևան-Գյումրի արագընթաց գնացքների չեղարկման պատճառով հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում այդ երթութու ուղևորների թիվը նվազել է 64%-ով: Երևան-Գյումրի-Երևան ուղղությամբ գործող սովորական էլեկտրագնացքների ուղևորահոսքը կրճատվել է մինչև 15%: Երևան-Արաքս էլեկտրագնացքների ուղևորների թիվը նվազել է 18%-ով:
Դրական դինամիկա (+ 2,8%) գրանցվել է միայն Երևան-Երասխ երթուղով, ինչը պայմանավորված է ՀՀ կառավարության կարանտինային միջոցառումների շրջանակներում միջքաղաքային ավտոբուսային երթուղիների չեղարկմամբ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, երկաթուղու բոլոր ուղղություններով ուղևորների թվի նվազումը ընթացիկ տարվա 5 ամիսների ընթացքում՝ 2019 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, կազմել է 17,7%:
ՀԿԵ-ն շարունակում է խստորեն իրականացնել պարետի կանխարգելիչ և հակավիրուսային միջոցառումները՝ չափվում է ուղևորների ջերմությունը, շարժակազմն ախտահանվում և մաքրվում է, վագոններում պահոված է ախտահանող միջոցների առկայությունը, հսկվում է ուղևորների կողմից սոցիալական հեռավորության պահպանելու և դիմակներ ու ձեռնոցներ կրելու պահանջների կատարումը: Մայիսի վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում կառավարական հանձնաժողովը մշտադիտարկում է իրականացրել ընկերության ուղևորատար համալիրում և արձանագրել է պարետի որոշումներին ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների համապատասխանությունը:
