Սամվել Բաբայանը Արցախում Փաշինյանի համար հակակշի՞ռ է
POLITICSՄայիսի 29-ին Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ Սամվել Բաբայանի հետ վերջնական հանգրվանի են եկել պաշտոնի նշանակման հարցում: Այսպիսով, վերջնականապես հաստատվեցին այն լուրերը, ըստ որոնց՝ Բաբայանը նշանակվելու էր Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնում։
«Փաստ» թերթը տեղեկություններ ունի, որ մինչև Բաբայանին նշանակելը, Հարությունյանը նախատեսած է եղել այդ պաշտոնում նշանակել իր նախկին մրցակից Մասիս Մայիլյանին, որն, ի դեպ, նույն օրը նշանակվեց ԱԳ նախարար։ Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ ԱԽ քարտուղարի նշանակման մեջ առանցքային դերակատարում են ունեցել հայաստանյան իշխանությունները, որոնք ամեն ինչ արել են, որ հենց Բաբայանը նշանակվի։ Ավելին, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մայիսի 28-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ներկայացրել է իր նշանակումների ցանկը և համաձայնեցրել նրա հետ։
Փաստացի ստացվում է այնպես, որ Բաբայանին տրված իր խոստումը Փաշինյանը կատարում է Հարությունյանի ձեռքով։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանն ի դեմս Բաբայանի փորձում է արցախյան գեներալների շրջանում հակակշիռ ապահովել։
Իրականում Արցախում խոսում են, որ այս առումով լուրջ խնդիրներ կան, քանզի, ըստ էության, տարբեր տարիներ Բաբայանը շատերի հետ խնդիրներ է ունեցել, և դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ մեծ թվով մարդիկ, այդ թվում՝ նաև զինվորականներ, նրա նկատմամբ, մեղմ ասած, դրական վերաբերմունք չունեն, եթե չասենք ավելին։
Այս նշանակման վերաբերյալ Արցախում առկա մեկ այլ անհանգստություն վերաբերում է դեռևս նախընտրական շրջանում շրջանառված տեղեկություններին, թե Բաբայանը խնդիրներ ունի ՌԴ մեկնելու հետ կապված:
Այս հանգամանքը կարևորվում է հատկապես այն տեսակետից, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցն է:
