SOCIETYԿԳՄՍ նախարարի «մանկական» մեկնաբանությունը Լազարոտեի կոնվենցիայի վերաբերյալ։
Ասումա.«Հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչի նախորդ իշխանությունները (...) տաս տարի շարունակ չէին վավերացնում այն»։
Ու ինքն էլ պատասխանում է.«Մի պարզ պատճառով՝ որ ունեին նաև մարդիկ իրենց շրջանակներում, որոնք դատվել են նաև դրա համար, որոնք զբաղվել են մանկապղծությամբ»:
Սա ի՞նչ է, եթե ոչ «մանկական» մեկնաբանությամբ մանիպուլյացիա։
Այսինքն ասումա՝ քանի որ նախորդ իշխանությունը վատնա ու իրենք այս կոնվենցիան չեն վավերացրել, ուրեմն դա «լավ» կոնվեցիա է, դրա համար էլ ներկայիս «լավ» իշխանությունը վավերացրեց այն։

Ի միջի այլոց այս առիթով հաճախ է հնչում նախկին վարչապետի խորհրդական Սերոբ Տեր-Պողոսյսնի անունը, հավանաբար նրան ի նկատի ունի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը, ով սակայն մանկապղծության համար
2012 թ.նոյեմբերի 17-ի Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավճռով դատապարտվել էր ազատազրկման 15 տարի ժամկետով ։
Եթե կոնվենցիան դրա համար չէին վավերացնում, 15 տարվա ազատազրկման ինչու՞ էին դատապարտում։
