Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիայի հարցում Արմեն Սարգսյանը փրկում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան վավերացվելուց հետո մտավ արդեն գործնական փուլ, որի ժամանակ պետք է մշակվեն կոնկրետ կրթական ծրագրեր: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ բոլոր երկրները վաղ, թե ուշ հասնում են այն վիճակին, որ սեռական դաստիարակության դասընթացը համապատասխանեցնում են եվրոպական ստանդարտներին՝ այն է մանկահասակ տարիքից սկսած պատմել միասեռականության, գենդերի, օրգազմի և այլնի մասին, կասկած անգամ չունեմ, որ այստեղ էլ են փորձ անելու կամաց-կամաց երեխաների բռնության դեմ պայքարի քողի ներքո ներմուծել եվրոպական չափանիշները: Դա պայմանավորված է մի շարք գործոններով՝ սկսած դրամաշնորհների ստացումից, վերջացրած հենց նույն Եվրոպայի ճնշումներով: Դե ստորագրել ենք առանց որևէ կետ բացառելու, ի դեպ, կոնվենցիան ստորագրած երկրներից յուրաքանչյուրն ինչ-որ կետ բացառել է, նոր վավերացրել: Մեր Սորոսի սպասարկուներն ուրիշ են, առանց որևէ բան փոխելու վավերացրել են:

Սակայն, իշխանության համար պարզ է, որ դպրոցներում մտցնելով օրգազմի, գենդերի և այլնի մասին դասընթացներ, առաջացնելու են արդեն անկառավարելի ընդվզում, այլևս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող լայվ մտնել և մունաթ գալով ասել, որ իրեն են ընտրել, ինքն էլ ոնց ուզում է, անում է: Ինչպես միշտ, նման իրավիճակներում օգնության է հասնում ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, ով որոշել է մեղմել կրքերը և ստեղծել է իբր անկախ հանձնախումբ, որտեղ վստահ եմ՝ ներգրավված են լինելու մեծամասամբ սորոսականներ, բայց քանի որ նախագահը շատ խելացի է, ապա հաստատ ներգրավվելու է նաև կոնվենցիային ակնհայտ դեմ արտահայտվող և հանրային որոշակի աջակցություն ունեցող մարդկանց:

Արմեն Սարգսյանն անգամ չգիտի էլ, թե որոնք են մեր ազգային արժեքները, բայց մտահոգված է դրանց պահպանմամբ: Անահիտ Բախշյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Սարգսյանն ասել է. « Նախ և առաջ պետք է սահմանենք մեր ազգային, ընտանեկան արժեքները: Եվ հետո ասենք, շատ լավ, 21-րդ դարում այս արժեքներն ինչ-որ ձևով կփոփոխվեն, կվերաիմաստավորվեն»:

Դիմում եմ բոլոր իրոք մտահոգ մարդկանց, ովքեր ներգրավվելու են այդ հանձնախմբում, նախ հաշվի առնել՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հանդիսանում է եվրոպական արժեքների ամենամոլեռանդ քարոզիչներից մեկը, նա ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան գործարկվի հենց այն ձևով, որով կիրառվել է մի շարք երկրներում, ինչի արդյունքում ծնողներն ուղղակի չգիտեն ինչ անեն, ինչպես փրկեն իրենց ու իրենց երեխաներին:

Արմեն Սարգսյանը ստիպված է եղել վերցնել այս թեման իր վրա, քանի որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր մանկամիտ թիմը չէր կարող այս թեմայի տակից դուրս գալ:

Ի վերջո, Արմեն Սարգսյանը, եթե մտահոգ էր, կարող էր ուղարկել ՍԴ, այլ ոչ թե ստորագրել կոնվենցիան վավերացնելու մասին ԱԺ որոշումը և թող լապշաներ չկախի մարդկանց ականջներին, թե իբր դա չի արել, քանի որ ՍԴ-ն արդեն տվել էր եզրակացություն: Կարող էր և պարտավոր էր, եթե իրոք երեխաների մասին էր մտածում, քանի որ դա առնվազն ժամանակ կտար, որպեսզի ուսումնասիրվեր հանրային կարծիքն ու թեկուզ էլի ստեղծեր հանձնախումբ, ուսումնասիրեր, հասկանար: Սակայն, Սարգսյանի դեպքում ոչ թե մտահոգություն է երեխաների ապագայի համար, այլ հստակ նպատակ՝ ներդնել եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան սեռական դաստիարակության կրթական ծրագիր՝ առանց հանրային ընդվզում առաջացնելու:

Սա ընդունեք ի գիտություն, ես շարունակելու եմ այս թեման ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել, ֆիլմն էլ կլինի, բայց երեխաների առողջության ու անվտանգության համար առաջին հերթին ծնողը պետք է պատրաստ լինի պայքարել:
