Երբ Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեի, ՀՀՇ-ի տղերքը իշխանության եկան նիհար, <<սովալլուկ>>, վատ հագնված, ազնիվ հայացքներով, հիմնականում պարկեշտ տղերք էին: Չափավոր ապրած, ԳՀԻ-ներում, ԲՈՒՀ-երում աշխատած, գրագետ, կարդացած, վեհ, ազնիվ գաղափարներով:
Ե՞վ…
Եվ ի՞նչ դարձան, երբ պաշտոններ ստացան… Երբ հին, քյառթու, փորձված պաշտոնյաները լրջորեն զբաղվեցին իրենցով, <<դաստիարակեցին>>, <<կյանքի դասեր>> տվեցին, սովորեցրին կաշառակերության, հովանավորչության, յուրացման, թալանի ձևերն ու մեթոդները…
Նրանք շատ արագ, ուշիմ և ընդունակ աշակերտի նման յուրացրին ու մի բան էլ գերազանցեցին իրենց ուսուցիչներին, իրենց վարպետ դաստիարակներին…Հարստացան, չաղացան ու հղփացան…Այնպես որ, ի՞նչ Բիբին…
Եթե հիմա երկնքից հրեշտակ էլ իջնի դառնալու է Բիբին…Շատ արագ, շատ հմուտ, կատարելագործված ու ժամանակակից…
Ցավում եմ, բայց մենք բոլորս ենք մեղավոր, մենք բոլորս ենք Բիբին…Բիբինն իմ մեջ է, քո մեջ, նրա մեջ, բոլորի մեջ…Մեր հասարակության գերակշռող հատվածը բիբինացված է, բիբինակոծված…Բիբինի սինդրոմը, բիբինի վարակը, կաթվածահար է արել բոլորին, բիբինախտով վարակվածները, տառապողները շատ են ու գրեթե ամենուր…Եվ նոր չէ այդ տեսակն ի հայտ եկել, այն կար և բարեհաջող մշտապես մուտացվում է…
Մենք պետք է սպանենք մեր մեջի Բիբինին…Պետք է հավատանք մեր ուժերին, գտնենք հակավարակը և բիբինենք բիբինախտով տառապողներին…Բիբինենք ու ազատվենք բիբինախտից ու բիբինացավից…
Ցավոք ամեն ինչ պատճառահետևանքային կապի մեջ է ու բոլորն էլ նույն թավայի մեջ են, նույն բաղադրատոմսի տարր, մասնիկ, համեմունք` կծու, դառը թե թթու, մեկ է…Ցավոք մենք բոլորս Բիբին ենք` մեր չափով, մեր դիրքով, մեր տեղով…Ցավոք…
