Ավելի վտանգավոր է, երբ իշխանությունն սկսում է հավատալ իր իսկ ձևավորած այս կամ այն միֆին
POLITICS«Կարանք ժամը մեկ հանրաքվե անել, մենք վստահության ոչ մի խնդիր չունենք», երեկ Ազգային ժողովում ասել է «իմքայլական» Ալեն Սիմոնյանը: Այս ձևակերպումը, առավել ևս այս նախադասությունն արտաբերելու տոնը լավագույնս է բնութագրում այսօրվա իշխանություններին: Ու խնդիրը նույնիսկ այն չէ, թե նման պնդման քանի տոկոսն է գոնե մի քիչ մոտ իրականությանը:
Ցանկացած իշխանություն պարբերաբար նման հայտարարություններ արել ու անում է որոշակի PR էֆեկտ ապահովելու, հատկապես թիմին կուռ պահելու նպատակով: Սակայն շատ ավելի վտանգավոր է, երբ իշխանությունն սկսում է հավատալ իր իսկ ձևավորած այս կամ այն միֆին:
Հենց այս կետից են նաև սկսվում իրականությունից կտրվելու գործընթացը, մեծամտության և անսխալականության բարդույթները: Դրանից ելնելով էլ նույն այդ իշխանությունը սրընթաց կորցնում է իր վարկանիշն ու վստահության պաշարը:
Ցավոք, այսօրվա իշխանություններն այդ ճանապարհին են, ու այդ մասին են վկայում բազմաթիվ երևույթներ, այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմախոսների հետ շփվելու ոճն ու բառապաշարը, հասարակության նկատմամբ «մուննաթը» տարբեր թեմաների հետ կապված, ամեն ինչում բոլորին մեղադրելու մոլուցքը (բնականաբար, իրենցից բացի):
Այդ մասին է վկայում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի դեմ պայքարն ամբողջովին տապալած, սակայն իր միակ սխալը հանրությանը չափից ավելի վստահելը համարող, օրումեջ տեսակետ փոխող իշխանությունը առկա վիճակի հաղթահարման, տնտեսական ահագնացող ճգնաժամի դեմն առնելու մասին մտածելու փոխարեն շարունակում է պնդել, թե ամեն ինչ վատ է, քանի որ ՍԴ գործող դատավորներին չեն կարողացել փոխել, ուստի նոր օրենքներ են պետք, նոր կարգավորումներ են պետք: Մեծամասնություն ենք՝ ինչ ուզենք, կանենք:
