2020-ի ընթացքում սպանության, անձի անհայտ կորելու դեպքով քրգործերի 97,3%-ը բացահայտվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար կազմի և կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների պետերի  մասնակցությամբ:

 

ՔԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության փոխանցմամբ՝ ըստ օրակարգի զեկուցվել է 2019թ. ընթացքում  կատարված սպանության և սպանության փորձերի դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերի, 2020թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև մայիսի 24-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում սպանության, սպանության փորձերի, սպանության նախապատրաստությունների և անհայտ կորելու դեպքերի առթիվ քննված քրեական գործերով կատարված աշխատանքների մասին:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների, կազմակերպական-վերլուծական և քրեագիտական գլխավոր վարչությունում՝ 2019թ. կատարված սպանության և սպանության փորձերի դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերով նախաքննության վիճակի ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ սպանության և սպանության փորձերի դեպքերով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում (այդ թվում՝ Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության) քննվել է 134 քրեական գործ: 39 քրեական գործ՝ 49 անձի նկատմամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան, 12-ի վարույթը կարճվել է, 22-ի վարույթը կասեցվել է, 61 քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Նշված գործերից 32-ը 2018թ.-ից 2019թ. փոխանցված գործերն են:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում (բացառությամբ Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության) 2019թ. ընթացքում սպանության և սպանության փորձերի դեպքերով հարուցվել է 72 քրեական գործ, որից 24-ը հարուցվել է Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժիններում, 48-ը` մարզային քննչական վարչություններում:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային քննչական վարչությունների գործունեության վերահսկողության գլխավոր վարչությունում կատարված ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ 2020թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև մայիսի 24-ը ներառյալ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մինչդատական վարույթ իրականացնող մարմիններում (բացառությամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործերի) սպանության, սպանության փորձերի, սպանության նախապատրաստությունների և անհայտ կորելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել 45 քրեական գործ, որոնցից՝ 4-ը Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում, Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության և ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների վարույթում՝ 10, իսկ մարզային քննչական վարչություններում՝ 31 քրեական գործեր:

Նշված 45 քրեական գործերից 8-ը հարուցվել է հակառակորդի զինված ուժերի մարտական հենակետերից անհայտ անձանց կողմից ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական շարժառիթով կատարված դեպքերի առթիվ, իսկ 37 քրեական գործերով իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական ու դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում՝ դրանցից  36-ը կամ 97,3 %-ը բացահայտվել է:

Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ է տվել՝ ընդգծելով առավելագույն ուշադրություն պահանջող աշխատանքային ուղղությունները:
