ANALYSISՓաշինյանի՝ հերքումների վերաբերյալ ելույթը բովանդակային չէր: Նախ, վարչապետը չհերքեց մաքսանենգ ապրանքներով չվերթների հետ իր կապի մասին մեղադրանքները, ինչպես նաեւ ոչինչ չասաց ադամանդների ապօրինի ներմուծման եւ արտահանման մասին: Երկրորդը, նա հայտարարեց, որ, իբր, իրեն կոշիկի եւ թմրանյութերի հետ կապված բիզնես են վերագրում, չնայած կոշիկների եւ թմրանյութերի մասին ոչ ոք ոչինչ չէր ասել: Այս մասին գրում է «Գոլոս Արմենիի» թերթը՝ զարգացնելով թեման:

Ռուսական պարբերականները հայտնել էին Հայաստանի տարածքից մաքսանենգ ոսկու մեծ խմբաքանակի դուրսբերման մասին: Մինչ մարդիկ սովում են եւ փորձում ինչ-որ կերպ պաշտպանվել կորոնավիրուսից, իշխանությունները մաքրում են ապօրինի հարստացման հետքերը: Փաշինյանը ստիպված կլինի պատասխանել հարցին, թե արդեն երկու տարի է ո՞ւմ գրպանում է մաքսանենգ ծխախոտի վաճառքից, ալմաստի եւ ոսկու ապօրինի շրջանառությունից ստացված գումարը »,- նշում է թերթը:
