ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի տեղի ունեցած նիստի ժամանակ ի պատասխան Հայաստանի և Բելառուսի ղեկավարների կողմից առաջարկվող էներգակիրների միասնական շուկայի և այդ համատեքստում գազի գնի միասնական սակագնի մասին առաջարկներին՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինը նշել է, որ գազի գինը պետք է որոշվի շուկայական կոնյուկտուրայի հիման վրա: Դրան զուգահեռ նաև նշել է, որ գազի միասնական սակագին կարող է լինել այն պարագայում, երբ լինի միասնական շուկա, միասնական բյուջե և հարկային համակարգ: Սա փաստացի սանձարձակ մոտեցում է մեր պետականության հանդեպ և տեղավորվում է «Էժան գազ սուվերենության դիմաց» բանաձևի շրջանակներում: Սա իրապես հստակորեն ցույց է տալիս Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն իրական դաշնակից չէ Հայաստանին այլև Ռուսաստանը օգտագործելով կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակը և համաճարակի հետևանքով առաջացած գլոբալ ճգնաժամը՝ փորձում է ամեն կերպ խորացնել խորացնել ԵԱՏՄ-ում ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները, որոնք ծառայում են իր նեոկայսերական ամբիցիաներին: Իհարկե Ռուսաստանը շարունակելու է տարբեր ուղղություններով ճնշումներ բանեցնել Հայաստանի վրա, սակայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պարտավոր են հետևողական կերպով շարունակել բարձրացնել մեր պետությանը հուզող բոլոր հարցերը և տեղի չտալ տարատեսակ սանձարձակ առաջարկներին կամ առավելեւս ճնշումներին և վերջիվերջո սկսել մտածել գազի ներմուծման այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների մասին, որոնք բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ կան և անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական կամքի դրսևորման պարագայում հնարավոր է իրագործվեն:
