Ինչով են վտանգավոր կորոնավիրուսի անախտանիշ վարակակիրները
SOCIETYSARS-CoV-2-ի անախտանիշ վարակակիրները վիրուս են արտանետում շրջակա միջավայր՝ պաթոգենով աղտոտելով կենցաղային մակերեւույթները։ Այս մասին ասվում է նոր նյությում, որը հրապարակվել է Emerging Infectious Diseases ամսագրում։
SARS-CoV-2-ը, ինչպես հայտնի է, մի քանի ժամերի կամ օրերի ընթացքում կարող է պահպանել կենսունակությունը շրջակա միջավայրում եւ վտանգավոր մնալ։ Հայտնի է նաեւ, որ ինկուբացիոն շրջանում պացիենտների բերանի խոռոչից վերցված քսուքներում վարակման հաջորդ օրը վիրուսային բարձր ծանրաբեռնվածություն է հայտնաբերվել։ Սակայն մինչ այժմ չկային հուսալի վկայություններ, թե արտանետում են արդյոք անախտանիշ վարակակիրները վիրուսը շրջակա միջավայր։ Դա պարզելու համար գիտնականները ստուգել են, թե կա արդյոք վիրուսային ՌՆԹ այն նմուշներում, որոնք հավաքվել են կարանտինային հյուրանոցի երկու սենյակներում, որտեղ COVID-19-ով երկու ուսանողներ են ապրել մինչ այն պահը, երբ նրանց մոտ ախտանիշներ են ի հայտ եկել։
Արտասահմանում սովորող երկու երիտասարդներ 2020թ․ մարտի 19-ին եւ 20-ին վերադարձել են Չինաստան։ Նրանք չեն ունեցել տենդ եւ վարակման այլ ախտանիշներ, սակայն նրանց 14-օրյա կարանտինի մեջ են պահել։ Հետադարձ տրանսկրիպցիայով անալիզի արդյունքները իրական ժամանակում երկու ուսանողների օրգանիզմում հայտնաբերել են SARS-CoV-2-ի ՌՆԹ, որից հետո նրանց հոսպիտալացրել են։
Ախտորոշումից մոտ 3 ժամ անց հետազոտողները նրանց սենյակների մակերեւույթներից, այդ թվում՝ դռան բռնակից, լույսի անջատիչից, ծորակի բռնակից, ջերմաչափից, հեռուստացույցի վահանակից, անկողնային պարագաներից եւ լոգարանից նմուշներ են վերցրել։
Հավաքվել է, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 22 նմուշ, ընդ որում՝ դրանցից 8-ի վրա հայտնաբերվել է կորոնավիրուսի ՌՆԹ։ Ամենաշատ վիրուսային մասնիկներ հայտնաբերվել են սավանի, վերմակի երեսի, բարձի երեսի եւ սրբիչի վրա։ Վիրուսով լայնորեն աղտոտման համար անհրաժեշտ է եղել ընդամենը 24 ժամ։
Աղտոտված մակերեւույթների հետ շփման միջոցով պաթոգենի փոխանցումից խուսափելու համար մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս խոնավ մաքրություն կատարել, ճիշտ լվանալ սպիտակեղենը, թափ չտալ այն եւ լավ չորացնել։
