POLITICSԱյս պահին դժվար է գնահատել, թե քանի զբոսաշրջային օպերատոր, քանի գործակալ ունենք Հայաստանում գործող, քանի հյուրանոցային օբյեկտ ունենք՝ ըստ նրա տեսակների: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 19-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Տուրիզմի հայկական ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը:
«Եթե այսօր ունենայինք ոլորտում վստահ վարչական ռեգիստր, լիցենզավորված լինեին ոլորտում անհրաժեշտ գործունեության տեսակները, զբոսաշրջային տրանսպորտը եթե ոչ լիցենզավորում, ապա գոնե հաշվառում անցներ, դրանով եւ մրցակցային միջավայրը կպահպանենք, եւ գործարար ներդրումային միջավայրը կբարելավենք, եւ կայուն զարգացման հիմքերը կամրապնդենք»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե ինչու մինչեւ հիմա դա չի արվել, նա պատասխանեց. «Դա կապված է եղել պարտադիր հաշվառման, ընդհուպ մինչեւ լիցենզավորման հետ: Դա քննարկվում էր անգամ մինչեւ հեղափոխությունը: Մենք հասկացանք, որ ժամանակը եկել է ոլորտում լիցենզավորում ներդնելու, եւ ես դրա ջատագովն եմ եղել: Կառավարությունում այս առիթով տարբեր կարծիքներ կային. կար տեսակետ, որ դա լրացուցիչ բեռ է տնտեսվարողի համար, որ սահմանափակում է մտցնում, «Doing Businnes»-ի տրամաբանությանը չի համապատասխանում: Ի վերջո, եղավ քննարկում կառավարությունում ոլորտի կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությամբ, որոնք ոչ միայն պատրաստ են, այլ ցանկանում են այդ բեռը վերցնել: Դա փրկությունն է այսօրվա մրցակցային միջավայրի: Այդ ժամանակ տեղի ունեցավ հեղափոխություն եւ գործընթացը երկարաձգվեց: Հիմա ընդունում են դա, որ պետք է ոլորտում հստակ չափանիշներ սահմանվեն, լինի վարչական ռեգիստր: Հուսանք, որ շատ մոտ ապագայում դա տեղի կունենա»,-ընդգծեց նա:
