Հանցագործություններն ավելացել են. ո՞րն է ամենատաարածվածը․ «Փաստ»
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2020 թվականի հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին Հայաստանում հանցագործությունների ընդհանուր քանակը կազմել է 6965: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ հանցագործությունների թիվն ավելացել է 876-ով:
Պաշտոնական տվյալներում առանձնացված են ոչ մեծ ծանրության, միջին ծանրության, ծանր և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունները: Երբ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած ցուցանիշները համեմատում ենք 2019 թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսների տվյալների հետ, պարզ է դառնում, որ 2020 թ.-ին ոչ մեծ ծանրության հանցագործությունների թիվը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել է 556ով:
Միջին ծանրության հանցագործություններն ավելացել են 163-ով, ծանր հանցագործությունները՝ 137-ով, իսկ առանձնապես ծանրները՝ 15-ով։
Եթե 2019 թ.-ի առաջին եռամսյակում սպանության 12 դեպք էր արձանագրվել, ապա 2020 թ.-ի հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին` 9 դեպք: Միևնույն ժամանակ 6-ով ավելացել է սպանության փորձերի քանակը:
Դիտարկելով հասարակական անվտանգության, հասարակական կարգի և բնակչության առողջության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ ներկայացված ցուցանիշները` նկատենք, որ 26-ով ավելացել է հրազեն, ռազմամթերք պատրաստելը և ապօրինի շրջանառությունը:
Թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունների թիվն ավելացել է 47-ով: Հանցագործությունների ընդհանուր՝ 6965 դեպքերի մեջ ամենամեծ չափաբաժինը սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններինն է: Այդ հանցագործություններն այս տարվա հունվարմարտին 857 դեպքով ավելացել են:
Մասնավորապես՝ պետական կամ հանրային գույքի հափշտակությունների դեպքերը ավելացել են 45-ով: Անձնական գույքի հափշտակությունների թիվը հասել է 3 289-ի՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելանալով 490-ով: 3289-ից 13-ը ավազակության դեպքեր են, 42-ը՝ կողոպուտի, 2793-ը՝ գողության, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 412-ով: 2793-ից 389-ը բնակարանային գողության դեպքեր են, որոնց թիվը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 11-ով:
Պաշտոնեական լիազորություններ չարաշահելու և անցնելու դեպքերը 2019 թ. հուվար-մարտի համեմատ 10-ով ավելացել են: Միևնույն ժամանակ, 60 դեպքով նվազել են կաշառք ստանալու, տալու, կաշառքի միջնորդության դեպքերը:
Հավելենք, որ եթե նախորդ տարի իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու 6 դեպք էր գրանցվել, ապա 2020 թ. նշված ժամանակահատվածում այդ թիվը հասել է 11-ի: Պետական իշխանության, ծառայության և կառավարման կարգի դեմ ուղղված այլ հանցագործություններն էլ ավելացել են 117-ով:
