Հայաստանի տարբեր անկյուններում աշխատող 27 մեղվապահի միավորում է Honey.am-ը: Բրենդ, որը ստեղծեց Ջորջ Տաբակյանը, երբ Լիբանանից վերջնական Հայաստան վերադարձավ։ Honey.am-ը մթերում է հայկական մեղրն ու ներկայացնում տեղական ու միջազգային շուկաներում:

«Հայաստանում մոտ 20 տեսակի մեղր կա՝ արտադրված տարբեր ծաղիկների ու ծառերի նեկտարներից: Ես չեմ ուզում ասել, թե մեր մեղրը աշխարհում ամենալավն է, բայց որակով այն ամենաբարձր մեղրերից մեկն է: Ուղղակի պետք է այն ճիշտ ներկայացնել աշխարհին, որ դրսի հաճախորդը, օրինակ՝ եվրոպացին կամ ամերիկացին, այդ մեղրի արժեքը հասկանա, որ այն բնական է, ոչ մի բան խառնված չէ: Շուկայի ուսումնասիրության համար մենք մեր գործընկերների՝ ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի ու NABU-ի հետ գնացել ենք Գերմանիա, եղել ցուցահանդեսներում, որպեսզի ավելի լավ հասկանանք միջազգային շուկայի պահանջները, թե ինչ պետք է անենք այնտեղ ներկայացված լինելու համար: Բիզնեսը կենդանի օրգան է, պետք է միշտ զարգանա ու առաջ գնա: Պատերազմի նման է՝ փոքր մարտեր հաղթելով առաջ ես գնում»,- նշում է Ջորջ Տաբակյանը:

Honey.am-ը 2015թ.-ից օրգանական է: Ընկերությունը մասնակցելով ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի և Գերմանիայի բնության պահպանության միության (NABU) «Օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման» համատեղ ծրագրին՝ ստացել է օրգանական սնունդ արտադրողի սերտիֆիկատ։
