Հայաստանի 6000 քաղաքացիներ հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին գերադասել են Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիությունը
SOCIETYՎերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ իրենց քաղաքացիությունը փոխել են ռուսականի: Կարիք չկա թվարկել Ռուսաստանում ապրելու այն առավելությունները, որոնք դրդում են մեր քաղաքացիներին նման ճակատագրական որոշում ընդունել: Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն շնորհելու կարգի էական պարզեցումը լրացուցիչ խթան է հանդիսացել Հայաստանի զգալի թվով քաղաքացիների համար: Վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում, այս տարվա հունվար-մարտ ամիսների արդյունքների ամփոփմամբ, մեր երկրի բնակիչների թիվը, ովքեր ընդունել են Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն, արդեն գերազանցել է 100 000 մարդու սահմանը:
Տարեկան ռեկորդ սահմանվել է 2018 թվականին՝ 27 100 մարդ: Ինչպես երեւում է գծապատկերից, անցյալ տարի այդ ցուցանիշը նվազել է մինչեւ 24 000 հազար մարդ, եւ գերազանցել է միայն 2016-ի մակարդակը: Կարելի է հետեւություն անել, որ քաղաքացիությունը փոխելու գործընթացը դանդաղել է: Սակայն այս տարվա սկզբին պատկերը մի փոքր փոխվել է: Հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին Հայաստանի քաղաքացիությունը Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիությամբ փոխարինել է 6000 մարդ, ինչը գերազանցում է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը (այն ժամանակ եղել է 54 000 մարդ):
Ստացվում է, որ, ի հեճուկս որոշ ակնկալիքների, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիության ընդունման գործընթացը չի դանդաղել, այլ նույնիսկ թեթեակի արագացել է: Սակայն անսպասելիորեն հայտնվել է նոր գործոն` COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսը, որն, անկասկած, իր ճշգրտումները կկատարի: Այնպես որ, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալ ցանկացողները ստիպված կլինեն որոշ ժամանակ սպասել մինչեւ իրավիճակը կարգավորվի:
