POLITICS«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Մի քանի օր առաջ պարզ դարձավ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աներորդին՝ Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը, դատական հայց է ներկայացրել չորս տարբեր անձանց դեմ, որոնց թվում է նաեւ քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը։ Քաղաքագետը մեզ հետ զրույցում չթաքցրեց զարմանքը, թե ինչու է այս պատգամավորն իրեն դատի տվել, ինքն ընդամենը, լրատվամիջոցներին հղում անելով, նշել է, որ Հակոբյանը մեղադրվում է մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով ծխախոտ ներկրելու մեջ։
Իսկ իր դեմ հայցի պատճառը, ըստ, Համբարյանի, պայմանավորված է ընդդիմադիր կեցվածքով։ «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ սա Հակոբյանի նախաձեռնությունն է։ Փաշինյանը ընտանյոք հանդերձ է այս որոշումը կայացրել։ Փորձում են այսպիսի կեղծ մեղադրանքներով լռեցնել ինձ։ Ե՛վ Փաշինյանը, եւ՛ նրա կինը պետք է լավ իմանային, որ եթե ես անձամբ նման բան ասած լինեի, պատրաստ էի պատասխան տալու իմ ասածի համար»,- շեշտեց Գագիկ Համբարյանը, հավելելով, որ սա քաղաքական հետապնդում է։
Քաղաքագետին նաեւ զարմանալի է թվում, թե ինչու է դատական հայցն ընդունվել Երեւանում, եթե ինքը Գյումրիում է ապրում։ «Որքան էլ Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը դատական հայց ներկայացնի Երեւանում, ակնհայտ է, որ այդ գրառումն արվել է Գյումրիից, որտեղ ես բնակվում եմ»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը, հավելելով, թե փաստաբաններից դեռ պիտի ճշտի` հայցը կարո՞ղ է Գյումրի տեղափոխել։
Քաղաքագետը կարծում է, որ դատարանը պետք է կարճի այս գործը` հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով. «Դեռ կան դատավորներ, որոնք չեն համբուրել Փաշինյանի աջը ու կկարճեն այս գործը, որովհետեւ մեղադրանքները կեղծ են ու որեւէ հիմք չունեն»։
