ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդի ժամանակ անդրադարձ է եղել ԼՂ հակամարտությանը
SOCIETYԲելգրադում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 22-րդ խորհրդի ժամանակ ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, անդրադառնալով ԵԱՀԿ տարածքում հակամարտությունների կարգավորմանը, շեշտել է, որ դրանք պետք է կարգավորվեն բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ` միմյանց հանդեպ հարգանքի, փոխվստահության եւ խաղաղ սկզբունքների հիման վրա: Ինչպես Բելգրադից հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը, Լավրովը շեշտել է, որ ինչպես ԼՂ հակամարտության, այնպես էլ այլ հակամարտությունների հարցով միակ լուծումը խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով համաձայնության գալն է: «Մենք մտածում ենք, որ միայն այդ կերպ պետք է կարգավորվեն ԼՂ եւ մնացած հակամարտությունները: Խաղաղ բանակցությունը եւ կարգավորումը միակ ուղին է նաեւ ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման հարցում»,- ասաց Լավրովը:
ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի գնահատմամբ էլ, անհրաժեշտ են որոշիչ գործողություններ, որպեսզի ԵԱՀԿ տարածքում սառած հակամարտությունները կարգավորվեն: «Մենք պետք է որոշիչ քայլեր ձեռնարկենք եւ ճանապարհ գտնենք կարգավորելու բոլոր հակամարտությունները, դա կլինի ԼՂ հակամարտությունը, Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը, վրացական խնդիրը եւ այլն»,- ասաց Քերին:
ԵՄ hանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին էլ շեշտել է, որ ԵՄ-ն շարունակելու է աջակցել ԵԱՀԿ-ին ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում: «Մտահոգված ենք ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ եւ կողմերին կոչ ենք անում ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցառումները` խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման համար: Մենք կողմ ենք ակտիվ համագործակցությանը եւ այս առումով ԵՄ-ն աջակցում է ԵԱՀԿ ջանքերին եւ սկզբունքներին»,- ասաց Մոգերինին:
Բելգրադ են ժամանել ԵԱՀԿ բազմաթիվ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարներ, այդ թվում ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին եւ այլք:Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Բելգրադ է ժամանել ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Բելգրադում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների խորհուրդը կշարունակվի նաև դեկտեմբերի 4-ին: ՍաԵԱՀԿ ամենակարեւոր միջոցառումն է, որի ընթացքում անդամ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարներն ամփոփում են տարին: Հաջորդ տարի ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը կստանձնիԳերմանիան:
