«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Գյումրիում բնակվող Ավետիսյանների 7 անձից բաղկացած ընտանիքի դաժան սպանդից անցել է արդեն հինգ ամիս: «Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս ընթացքում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հարազատները մտադրություն ունեն այն տունը, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել ընտանիքի սպանդը, վերածել տուն-թանգարանի: Եվ այս առաջարկով նրանք դիմել են Շիրակի մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին: Այս հարցերի շուրջ «Ժողովուրդը» զրուցեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի հետ:

Պարո՛ն Բալասանյան, Գյումրիում խոսակցություններ են պտտվում այն մասին, որ առաջիկայում Ավետիսյանների տունը կվերածվի տուն-թանգարանի: Տեղեկությունը համապատասխանո՞ւմ է իրականությանը:

Ճիշտն ասած, նման առաջարկություններով Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հարազատները դիմել են մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին, բայց կոնկրետ ինձ հետ այդ մասին չեն խոսել: Ամեն դեպքում, իրենք ինչ պահանջներ ունեն, մենք անմիջապես դրանք կատարում ենք: Այդպիսի խոսակցություններ կան, Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հարազատները ինձ մոտ հաճախակի գնում-գալիս են:

Կոնկրետ ի՞նչ պահանջներով են Ձեզ դիմում:

Պահանջեցին իրենց տան պատուհաններին ճաղավանդակներ դնել, դրեցինք: Հիմա այդտեղ ճանապարհի հետ կապված խնդիր կա. հարեւանը պահանջում է, որպեսզի պարիսպ քաշվի այդտեղ: Իրենց հորեղբոր աղջիկ Կարինեն, որ նույն բակում է ապրում, պահանջում է իր տան պատը մի փոքր բարձրացնել, որ հորեղբոր տունը չտեսնի, վատ զգա: Հիմա այս հարցի լուծման ուղղությամբ ենք աշխատում»:
